I used to love this location years ago, but maybe management has changed because the last two times I’ve been weren’t very pleasant. Late last year, I placed an order with them online. Upon arriving to the store, my boyfriend went in to pick up the order and he waited inside for probably 5-10 minutes before telling him that they didn’t have my order. I went inside, showed them my confirmation and after shuffling through receipts, they found it and at that moment, started my order. What was supposed to be ready in 25 minutes ultimately took close to an hour. Last night, I placed an order online again. The wait time was 20 minutes, we went to pick up after 30. My boyfriend stood inside for what had to be close to 10 minutes and was never greeted till he started to walk out. He gave the person working up front the name on the order and was told they’d be starting it now and it would take 15-20 minutes. We left, went to a gas station nearby and came back 20 minutes later to then be told by one person that they didn’t have the order, but 2 other employees told us they saw the order.. I was asked to write my order on the back of a receipt for them to then make but at that point, we were both agitated so I asked to be refunded instead of waiting. I was told the manager wasn’t in and they’d have them call me to issue the refund. I’ve yet to receive that call; tried calling myself but there’s been no answer, so I’m just gonna have to dispute. Definitely try another wingstop..

i’m not quite sure how this place is still in business. the workers talk and talk and talk, they don’t respect the order of the line, they take forever to serve you, they’re very dismissive, and the place is just dirty af. the food was extremely greasy. as i walked out i realized there was bugs all over the back tables. honestly i didn’t refund my items because i didn’t want to be “that person” but the food was thrown away immediately. might as well just go to chick fil a next door, much better service and a million times cleaner.

We used to frequent them for takeout maybe every other week, but a few years ago the service, cleanliness, speed and accuracy didn’t just decline; they fell off the cliff. It was as though there was a new, absentee owner; and we’d regularly go back to give it another try, and it never improved. Today was my first time back in about 3 years, and while the young woman at the counter was friendly and polite (for a change!) and did her best to traffic backed-up orders, what the website said would be 16-22 minutes, became 45, and then an hour. There appeared to only be 2 employees in the kitchen, which isn’t fair to them. And neither of them were wearing hair nets or gloves. The whole place is just covered in grease, cluttered, lights are out, the drink fridge is empty, on and on. The restaurant still seems terribly unkempt and unmanaged. It’s a shame, because it’s a wildly popular brand and would do better business if someone who cared took over. We’d become regulars again.

I ordered online and the order went thru and told me it will be ready for pick up in 20 mins, I get to the restaurant and there was a handwritten note saying they closed at 9pm, everywhere else said they closed at 11pm, one of the guys at least looked at me and said they were closed, the lady that looked like the manager because she was closing the register did not even looked at me, all I wanted to ask was that I ordered before 9pm and got there at 9:30, got charged so maybe they had my order waiting there for me??!! They just kept ignoring me completely, first and last time ever ordering from this store

Countless times you go into the store they don’t even acknowledge your existence their customer service is terrible they’re rude they’re rude to delivery drivers they shouldn’t be in business and multiple times I pulled up they were closed for no reason. Pompano Beach location is always friendly clean and a pleasure to deal with.

This spot was to be my favorite but I cannot recommend any more. Over 90 mins waiting for paid online food and seeing dine in customers waiting past closed time for their food. I heard that “Boss Wings VI, LLC” is owned by Rick Ross but by looking at these reviews, the lack of support should be brought to the company’s attention.

So, ordered the food online and when got home, all boneless wings burnt, fries mushed and tossed in the paper bag, along with a bitten tender as shown in the picture below. Employees are rude and lazy. The place is dirty. When asked to refund my money the manager alleged that it will take 10 days for me to see the money back. Absolutely disgusting. I wish I could give -10 stars.
