I guess terrible service is just part of the business model for wingstop. Had a hilariously bad experience at this location. We walked in to 0 greeting, not even an acknowledgement. Which is no problem, we took that time to look over the menu and decide what we wanted. While we’re waiting, there’s 4 workers in the kitchen talking and carrying on. 2 of them are actually working, while 2 are standing around doing nothing. All 4 are completely ignoring that we’re waiting on them. We keep busy chatting, while eventually 2 other separate guests walk in and are waiting behind us. After LITERALLY waiting for over 15 minutes, a worker disengaged from their conversation and came up to greet us and chose that time to tell us that there’s a 40 min wait on food… absolute joke of an establishment.

This store never gets my order right and I end up waiting over 30mins to an hour longer than told to expect when ordering. It’s ridiculous how they have such a simple menu and they still get it wrong. Being nice only goes so far when the order is wrong after waiting a whole hour.

I’m more or less reiterating what everyone else is saying. You order, they give you a pick-up time and when you get there, you still wait 30 minutes to get your food. Two people asked for a refund and left while we waited. The wings are really good, but there are better options out there. I can’t believe with all the bad reviews and negativity; this place hasn’t straightened out yet. It isn’t just this location. Look at reviews for all the others as well!

For a place that specializes in wings they are one of the slowest places to cook and prepare them. Most orders take anywhere from 45-70 mins. Half of our order was missing and the other half was cold. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very bad experience!!!!!!!! Never go to this Wingstop, this place is terrible, very bad customer service, very poor hygiene or rather, there is no hygiene at all. This is the place where you will be the most hungry while you wait by your order. Please, let’s all push for them to change all their depressed staff and to close completely until there are people really capable of complying as it has to be! I will absolutely starve myself before coming back here. I ordered online and it quoted me 38-45 min. From the time I ordered to the time I got my food was almost 2 HOURS. You’re not greeted when you first enter, you’re stared at like you’re speaking 10 languages at once, and the overall atmosphere is absolutely deplorable. And that’s me being nice. Never again.

Ordered wings through Uber eats. Paid for an extra side of ranch. The ordered arrived without any of the side sauces. I called the store and was put on hold for 15+ mins and then the phone hung up. I have a pregnant wife at home and she was very disappointed because she was really craving wings with ranch sauce. The customer service could definitely be improved at this location.
