Staff was quick and efficient. There was a line and another staff member immediately came from the back to help. The food was made to order. Everything was fresh and hot. I tried Latto’s new wing flavor, which was good, just wish they had a little more lemon pepper seasoning. Fries could’ve been better. And the Cajun corn was the best of it all!

This location has gone downhill. You can get good service depending upon who is on the shift that day. But the employees have lackluster attitudes, they do not greet you when you walk inside. You can stand at the counter for more than 10 minutes before someone looks in your direction. Nor do they give you an update when you have waited more than 30 minutes for your food. I ordered online and arrived during the scheduled completion window and waited more 30 minutes for boneless chicken, fries and corn. The lemon pepper dry rub is my favorite but it’s definitely not worth the poor customer service and extensive waittime for it. This place needs a revamp.

I order a chicken sandwich and some fries, with 3 peace tenders. and i have been waiting for 45 minutes , horrible horrible but crazy horrible service. People on the back arguing and screaming between each other. I don’t give half a start because its not possible. Hopefully they change management. Also they put so much salt on the fries that they are barely edibles.

Call Dan at 12:30 told me my food will be ready 10 minutes. Got there in 15 110 right now. Still wait no air condition. Make sure you stay in your car with a bottle of water cause it’s 115 outside you come in here you don’t have a stroke I got to frying pans going be back at work in eagle pass out. They are open till 12 midnight i went today 8/15/23 at 11pm and the door was locked with a few customers inside.. If you call they forward the calls to voicemail. This place sucks. First time i was going to try this place and I just wanted to order takeout but i guess not…

I’m giving 1 star for the food being good and 1 star for the ridiculous wait on online orders that has happened to me more than once. If your order says it’ll be ready in 15-25 mins just give them 40 mins-hour because when you get there you’ll be waiting an additional 20 mins when it should’ve been done 25 mins ago!!

Terrible customer service would rate 0 if possible. Upon arrival I was standing there waiting for someone to take my order and they would just look my way but not take my order. And when they finally took my order I had to repeat it 3 times because all the workers wear airpods during shift. When coming back to pick up my order I come to find they got the wrong order. And when I told him it was wrong they proceeded to say they can’t change it or refund me because that’s what I order when I didn’t order the food they gave me. Manager had a attitude and kept saying she couldn’t refund me my money and at the end she finally refunded me. She made me wait 10 min of her saying she couldn’t but in reality she just didn’t want to do the work. Awful customer service.

The workers at this location have the lowest customer service i ever see in my life, you can stand on front of the counter for more than 10 minutes and no one ask if you need help. However the food is pretty well but the employees have not aptitude to take care of clients and no matter what time you gave them when you call or place orders online they never had it ready when you show up at the place and they just start when you come and ask for your order.

Horrible customer service. Front staff rude. I ordered at 7:12pm and it is 8:46 and nobody can find my order. After showing my email confirmation 100 times finally the cook realized the order was given to the wrong customer. The front worker states we can make it over but it will be put to the back. Terrible customer service. I will never eat here again. Its always an issue when I come here. Asked for something extra for waiting an 1 hr and 50 mins was told no! Lol what a joke!!!!
