Not much better than the cheapest wings you can buy. Much more expensive but not much better! Garlic parmesan flavor is mediocre wings with powdered cheese sprinkled on top and no sign of garlic. What a joke! Don’t even think about ordering their seasoned fries. Burnt taste and quality like it was fried 3 days prior. Not impressed!

This place is the worst. My friend raved about the wings being the best so we went to spend some time eating and catching up since it’s been a while. We went in together, we ordered together but paid our own orders. 20 minutes later she received her order. 30 minutes later I inquire about my order they said they working on it. 40 minutes later nothing. Now they can’t even find my order. I’m upset because by now my friend has eaten her food and my child had to sit there and watch her eat her food and my daughter was hungry. An hour later I received our food. The fries were soggy and the wings barely had flavor. Complained about my experience and was told No manager on duty but they will relay the message with a smirk on his face. The whole purpose of going out to eat is to eat together, talk and have a nice time. Not to watch your friends eat while you wait an hour for your food. This place lacks good management and order. Oh! Did I mention they are overpriced…. cheapest wings you can find, in quality that is… They lost my business. NEVER AGAIN!

I stopped by my local wingstop, they had NO SIDES to complete the 2 combo orders I initially ordered. My order was placed at 11:38 pm, I then asked for a ranch dip ( valued at $1.19) after spending 23.64 on 20 wings because the restaurant had no sides they refused stating that dips only comes with combos. AGAIN THEY HAD NO SIDES TO MAKE A COMBO!!!!! Asked the manager, he says he can’t authorize a dip for my wings, I wouldn’t mind paying for an extra but if your restaurant doesn’t have the items to make the combo, why charge for a single dip especially if it’s not the customers fault that management did not correctly order for the needs of the restaurant? Make it make sense please

The food here is good, but the horrible service ruins your experience. Every Wingstop is known to take awhile when making food, but this one is even worse. No matter what time your pickup is supposed to be you’ll have to wait 30 mins to 1 hour PAST the pickup time. It’s like they don’t even look at the order until you show up. The other reviews are not exaggerating! More often than not there will be a very long wait. You’ll occasionally get lucky and have your order in under 30 minutes, but don’t count on it.

Wingstop is great well, usually….. but this location sucks. They always take at least 1 hour to prepare even the most simplest, smallest orders, even when promised a wait time of 30 minutes…. They always mess up the order by either not putting an item in the order or by putting the wrong item in your order. The wings are always dry as hell and it’s almost like their cooks do know how to cook. Best of all if you have an issue with your order, don’t even bother calling because they won’t answer! Btw this is coming from someone who’s husband used to work at a different wingstop location and made some Bomb food , this place sucks.

I ordered my food and drove home after and hour wait. Upon unpacking the order I realized that I only received the chicken sandwiches and not the order for chicken wings. I returned to the store. I presented the order and effectively they stated they would give me the wings but would have to wait 15 minutes. After 50 minutes went by I requested a full order refund. The person in charge stated she could not refund me as she was not authorized and would have to wait five days for a refund after she would call her manager. I didn’t take home any food nor got a refund even after requesting a stop payment from my credit card. I was robbed $27.98.

I know this location was super busy when I ordered so I understood the 45 min wait ..but when I went there 45 min later I live 8 min away I came home to the food cold the wings tasted over cooked and old the cheesy fries not good the Cajun corn had so seasoning and over cooked and the large ranch I bought never got, and this was our family treat because Wingstop is not cheap or any fast food joint at the point but I was just so disappointed.

Do yourself a favor and never go to this Wingstop! Every single time I order from here it’s at least 40 minutes to over an hour wait for some wings! It’s insane. They are so slow here. I made an online order at 7:20 and didn’t get my wings till 8:25!!! No matter how busy there’s no excuse for a 8 piece wing order to take that long. And when I finally got my food my wings were cold and dried up, but at least my fries were warm lol. I literally make the extra drive to go to other wing stop locations now and it’s saved me time and money.
