Food was decent, my sandwich was forgotten, luckily we ate there and caught it instead of going home right away. They made it and got it out quickly. I get it’s a wing place, but perhaps your cashier who’s leaning on the counter could have swept the half eaten wing off the floor, or wiped the sticky bar by the soda machine.

This is my new favorite location! I wanted a quick bite after my errands earlier so I stopped by here. I was immediately greeted by the manager and I didn’t catch her name but she was very conversational and incredibly nice. Surprised this location is even open still. Don’t waste your money here. Extremely uninviting environment. Dark sign lights, marijuana in the air, chairs stacked, wet tables, mumbling employees, filthy bathrooms, dirty floors, music blasting, and fruit flies. The only positive is the food coming out in half the quoted wait time. It was fresh but over sauced and over priced.

Love the energy the welcome every time someone walks through the doors, and for the first time I ordered and Malona was great with the answers and the accurate wait time as well as just a nice smile to come into. Great food great staff especially manager she’s on point and accurate as possible. Especially in rush hours ☺️

My son was strongly suggesting wing stop because a ton of his friends like it. So….we tried it for the first time. I decided to read the reviews and got a little worried about customer service. However my son insisted we try it for ourselves. I would say the customer service was fine. The wait time told was 14 min and it ended up being 21 min. Not a big deal. Fresh orders take time. We brought the wings home to enjoy with a movie but soon realized the order was wrong. I asked my husband “didn’t you check the bag before leaving to make sure it was correct?” His response was “ I didn’t think I needed to , the girl seemed so happy and confident so I figured it all was there”. So on to the food…besides the missing items I really have no complaints. The wings were pretty good. We had both, bone in and bone out. We all agreed the bone out wings had a ton more flavor! We tried Lemon pepper which had a huge amount of zest to it and the hickory bbq and the mild both had a flavorful kick to them. BBQ was probably the house favorite. Fries were ok. I would recommend not judging this place by the reviews as the customer service wasn’t so bad and the wings were delicious for the price.

I’ve been in this restaurant on three separate occasions where they tell me it will be 30-45 minute wait, when there are only a few people in the restaurant. That’s insane, who has that kind of time at lunch time. It’s quite obvious they just don’t want to work. They always have a poor attitude. Edit: I don’t frequent this location as often as I used to, it used ti be my favorite wingstop in all of central Florida but I had a very unpleasant experience on the night of January 19th. As I was waiting for my order I overheard the managers casually calling each other the N word, casually. 2 white men casually using the N word in a majority black community. I will no longer be returning til these people are reprimanded! I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on
