Haven’t even gotten the food yet, but was inclined to write a review. Cashier was super conversational and did good on upselling me for the drink. Kitchen staff was slanging food out while having a good time, and as someone in the food business, it was really cool to see. The place was really clean, and that goes for the dining area AND the kitchen. Almost had me wanting to apply lol !

I’m not sure what this place has done over the last month, but I’ve been coming here regularly now since the fat manager at the other one acted so unprofessional when I was there, and over the last month the service and speed of this store has increased tremendously. Food is hot and fast, the employees seem on point, having fun, yet getting the job done. I just don’t see how 2 stores in this town are run so differently, the owner should visit the other one more often I think.

It says right here in the sign that you can call and place the order but I tried to call and place an order because the app would not allow me to pay. They told me they do not take orders over the phone. I do not understand why they would want to turn down money instead of just taking the order over the phone

I usually order pickup but this time I needed to stop for a quick bite. One thing that stands out about eating in their seating area is how clean the place is. There was a slight mixup with confusing my dine-in order with a pickup order but they were quick to sort it out. Great location too.

I made an online order just 25 minutes ago , and when I got my food I was in shook ! I had ordered two different wing meals and they where both put in the same food box which I find very nasty because they put the paper the wings be on , on top on there tables before they put them into there food trays , and not only that but there was a strange object on the side of my wigs ! People, great! service, great!, but chicken is black to the bone. My father told me that chicken that has a bone that is black is old. Their is a different between old chicken and bruised chicken. Chicken that has a black bone is the cheap chicken, ITS OLD!! When you pay $28 for 20 pieces for chicken it dhould not be black to the bone!!

Went to pick up lunch today (1/8) and the wait was incredibly long. However, the energy and positive spirit of the workers was amazing. The woman (who I assume was the manager on duty) was friendly and polite despite what I’m sure was an overwhelming amount of orders with minimal employees. She apologized to the people waiting in the lobby numerous times and kept us updated on wait times and when orders were coming out. I really appreciated her kindness and positive attitude. Thank you to her and the other workers!
