Worst customer service ever!! This should really be zero stars! If I order my wings well done and I tell you they’re not cooked to my expectation, your response should NOT be that “they’re good.” You and I do not have the same taste pallet. There’s no need to even have the option for special requests online if the employee is going to do what she wants. Another thing is they only accepted online orders because they are too lazy to ring orders in person. I won’t waste my money here ever again.

Jamaican cashier was overly Rude. I had a 100 dollar bill to pay with and she said they didn’t have change, so then I pulled my card out and she tells me that they don’t accept/ you can’t use cashapp here.. I ignored her and swipe my card anyway and it was Approved.! The Fries looked like they were cooked in burnt grease and lemon pepper wings were over cooked..

Pretty much a complete waste of money. My order of Cajun fries was just plain over cooked fries that were cold and the cheesy fries were over cooked and cold as well. The only thing that actually tasted decent was the ranch. I’m done with this place.

Terrible customer service. Nasty flies everywhere. Sticky tables. Dirty floors. But no one greeted for at least 4 minutes. They just stood in the back and looked. Over 9 people behind the counter.

I’m not sure how to say it but….they’ve got one job, two if you include the fries and both were horrible. My wings were tasteless and small and my fries were as limp as the plant I said I’d keep alive, even though I asked for crispy (btw where did the seasoning go?) and if you can bend the carrot stick that probably means it’s no good ♀️ so bww is where I’ll stay, money .

My brother wanted wing stop for a long time So we went to wing stop and ordered and me and my mom got lemon pepper chicken burger and there was wayyyyyyyyyyy to much lemon pepper but besides that everything was really good!

Visited on Tuesday, January 10th for the first time and enjoyed everything about my experience. The restaurant was clean and held no odor like the other reviewers have stated. The young man that took my order and served me was very nice and made sure I had everything I needed. The food came out about 8 minutes after I ordered and it was as fresh as could be. I order the 8 piece boneless combo in garlic parm with regular fries. Will definitely return!

Place is literally trash. I gave it a second chance but it was worse than the first one. Wings had a smell to it that you can tell they were rotten, fries were cold and unseasoned, and staff seemed displeased with each other to say the least. I’ll stick with Publix wings
