Absolutely horrible customer service!!! I would give negative stars if it allowed. Rashaeda you simply need to treat customers like your check depends on it or else get out of service industry! The only reason this wingstop has any business is because its the only one around here but thanks to you i want to become a franchise owner just to compete and put you guys out of business, this establishment does not deserve a red cent of folks money with attitude like that. And the wings were burnt with one little drop of Buffalo sauce!!! Didnt give my drink or even acknowledge my entrance or other patrons!!! Never again here!!! Horrible service bad cooks only thing coming out of here is lots of sass and pist off customers…..management wake up before ownership finds out!!

They’re take out times are never correct. Everytime. This time was worse I showed up and my food wasn’t even started 10 minutes after the pick up time and I was the only order. Their process suck or it’s Georgia speed. Over and hour for food.

Ordered wings from this place on UberEats. The first and LAST time I’ll order. I didn’t even eat what I ordered. Instead I threw it in the garbage. I ordered 2 containers of bleu cheese dressing, I received 4 containers of RANCH. It had the consistency of water. I ordered mild buffalo wings. The wings had so much sauce on them I didn’t even want to try them. The entire order just disgusted me. It started with them sending ranch instead of bleu cheese…. Look at your orders people.

I waited 45 min and paid almost $40 for mushy, cold, bad tasting wings and cold bad tasting fries. Not even the dips were acceptable. I’m literally at McDonald’s buying food we will actually eat. Trust the reviews on this place.. not worth seeing for yourself. This food will be in the trash.

Used to be great service and good wings. Please find a new manager or something. It’s terrible. They rude and it’s too much. Orders messed up. They giving out these big a** ranch containers instead of the 6 smaller ones. Which is weird. If you ask for extra seasoning or sauce you ain’t getting it. I don’t even leave bad reviews like that but y’all keep playing in my face.

First time here after hearing “all the hype”, was not impressed. Their fries taste sweet. I had reg seasoned fries, my daughter had lemon pepper fries. Both were sweet almost like sweet potatoes but they weren’t. Wings were good but their tenders…no. the tenders were breaded and very small. $9 for 3 little “tenders”. Probably will never go back.

The people that work here couldn’t care less. If you like standing around watching stoners fumble around a kitchen in slow motion this is the place for you. I placed my order at 4:13pm and it wasn’t ready until 5:03pm. There are plenty of other places that make wings that do not take over 45 minutes.
