Ordered mild wings and may you please sprinkle lemon pepper over them; which was so freaking confusing , how? Waited over 36 minutes for guys! I didn’t trip because I don’t want to rush the process but I will say this, PLEASE Wear Gloves, Your Hands Should NOT Touch ANY COOKED (or Uncooked) Food (knowing you’ve touched everything else )… So I arrived at my comfortable spot, fix my plate and the wings were very disappointing (especially for the price)… Wings should taste like wings not baked then fried a lil bit with Sweet lemon pepper . I appreciate my first ever experience at Wingstop but it would definitely stop here, Next! Very sad, no pictures

It took longer then 30min to get my food. They prepared each order one by one. 6 people in the kitchen, though. I watched a guy touch the food being put into a bag with his hand over the top of the open tray of chicken. He had no gloves on. And then wiped his hands on his pants and pulled them up. He had to touch his underwear because I could see them as he was pulling up his pants. The wings and fries were good tho.

Cashier argued for 10 min with a customer over a single sauce because she didn’t understand the transaction. Same cashier sneezed out loud, not covering her mouth in the area the food was being cooked and never washed her hands. So unprofessional and there is no thought of customer service.

Awful! I ordered my food and at that time it was 2 orders in front of me. I watched 7 people order behind me and get their food first. When I asked the Manager what’s taking so long? The answer was “you had fries with your order and that takes a while”! Told me this with a straight face. I said “ I’ve watched you make 7 orders and they all had fries, why is my order taking so long”. The reply was “Here, here your food”! I will never eat here again.
