Ive ate here on three different occasions to this specific location. I have gotten food poisoning every single time. Different months and even an entire year later. I figure hey, maybe it’s just me, maybe it’s just chance, or possibly a nasty set of individuals responsible for food safety not doing their job and risking me harm. We went an hour before closing more recently and was told there would be a wait for our food. It took about half an hour. My fries were cold and BURNT and my wing order was wrong. I wanted boneless and got a full tray of bone in, halfway sauced, wings. The employees were young adults/teens inside flirting and pushing each other around, so of course that’s what I get trusting a location that allows school aged children to handle my food. I will never eat here again even if my life depended on it. I have never had this issue with ANY of the other locations and I’m very certain my business won’t be missed here. If anything, I blame management. Train your employees and you wouldn’t have so many nasty reviews.

I arrived at the location right at midnight when they close. I let the young lady who was there alone know I needed to pick up an order she happily let me know she hadn’t started it but will do so right away if I didn’t mind waiting. She offered me a drink and worked on my order. I appreciate her great service. I didn’t have cash but would’ve definitely given her a tip. I hope this review makes it back to her.

Normally, I have no complaints yet this eve; the soda vending machine had all diet sodas and I REQUEST crispy chicken instead I got soak greasy meat. Thank goodness I can say something good about McKayla who act as the cashier/ hostess very pleasant greet everyone with a smile. Even apologize about the soda machine unlike her manager who fix the problem but did not show any empathy.

So ordered online..it said 16-20 mins. Get to the restaurant in 45 just to give a lil extra time. Girl ask for name..I give it to her..she calls another girl in and she prints the receipt. No one says anything they just hollered to the back and told them to make the order. Mind you no one has said anything. No apology or nothing. Kids running the establishment. No customer service what so ever.Floor is super sticky and it smells funny. .the health department needs to be called.

If you see a negative review on here it’s 100% true. This wing stop is just a daycare ran by a bunch of childlike employees. I remember when they use to have some white lady managing the place and orders were always ready now they got a bunch of ⚫ folk up in there that don’t know whats going on. I guarantee you that any time ⚫ folk run a restaurant 90% of the time you will have a horrible experience. Even Mexican restaurants are better managed than ours. O lord and don’t get me started on that Popeyes down the street that place is full of the most ratchet workers I’ve ever seen. The food poisoning there is real and those children don’t care one bit about your health or you! They just want to make their money and go home.

Placed an online order says 16-20 minutes for a pick up. Wait 30 minutes to go in to get when I get inside they lost my order and need to see my email receipt. Not a problem no biggie I have it. Now he proceeds to say I’ll have to hand write it and it will take a hour and I ask for a manger and a refund and was told no manger is here and I can not issue a refund and proceeds to handwrite my info. I’m sure I will not get a call or my 39.00 refund. Plus no greeting when you walk in and kids just dancing and playing in the back. First and last trip ever to a wing stop

I had a issue with my food and Doris handled it like she would want someone to do her. I really appreciate her taking my order back without attitude and getting it right. The cashier Tyrone tried hard to accommodate my needs he was great as well. Great staff that try hard evening under short staff and immense pressures.

This place is absolutely GHETTO. It’s literally a bunch of kids with no overhead. An associate yelled at her colleagues cause someone was accepting orders for a wing sauce that was no longer available. Not to mention a tall worker with braids was barely working, he was on his phone and treating himself to the soda machine and a mini break. That guy took at least 3 breaks in the 20 minutes i waited for my online order. Theres a nasty employee that rolls her eyes at customers and she was in her phone the entire time, her name is makayla. Her colleagues were looking for her, but she took a long bathroom break and came out of the bathroom on her phone with her head down. I was also not greeted or dismissed with adequate customer service.

Never again will I eat here. A few co-workers and I ordered this one night for dinner and everyone was nothing but disappointed. The wings were super over cooked, there was a chicken sandwich in the order and the whole sandwich was black including the bun! Wing stop had no drinks, and completely disregarded our wing sauces. This place has the audacity to have wing in the name and had no idea what they are doing! I know tonight they lost about 10 customers. Smh

I only come here on behalf of my son, it’s a hit or miss. It’s basically kids running the place that don’t know how to run an establishment. It’s not there fault. They just get hired just like every other fast food spot. Kids running the place and the managers are kids as well. No grown adult with bills is going to come work full time here or be a manager. It is what it is these days. Wings are ok though.
