WoW customer see was so on point. Tiffany was so pleasant. She went the extra mile to ask how I wanted all flats wings to be cooked. Regular or Hard fry. Everything turned out great.

We walked in to the restaurant and you can visibly see the that the place was dirty and greasy. We placed our order of 5 Garlic Parmesan and 5 Cajun wings with veggie sticks and grabbed a seat at a table. While we waited, we looked around the restaurant and noticed there were boxes of supplies stacked by the bathrooms in the middle of the hallway (making it difficult to navigate). After 15 mins we get our meal. The food tray was on was super sticky and dirty. The Garlic Parmesan wings were inedible. They tasted fishy due to old oil that was used and the Parmesan was just dumped on the wings without care. The Cajun wings did not have flavor and the rub was not mixed well on the wings It was just dumped on them without a care. The vegetable sticks were slimy as well. The food is not worth the price we paid. The restaurant needs a deep cleaning and the employees need to have more care with the food. Please avoid this place!

Love it. Only have it 4 stars because we ordered a 15 piece and only received 10. It was delicious so we really missed those 5 wings. Lol

To be perfectly honest, it could be a staffing shortage, but the establishment appeared to have fully staffed the last few times I’ve gone. It could be the youthful exuberance of the seemingly minor aged workers across all shifts. Ot could be that the equipment can’t handle the demand. Or…. (OH MY GOD) maybe it’s ownership. Whatever the case, these folks are SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! It doesn’t matter what time of the day, or what you order. Their standard “your food will be ready in…” time is 16-20 minutes. Sighhhhhh. Guaranteed you will wait a minimum of 40 minutes for your food. Book it! Which is terrible because the food is good. Not 40 minutes for a ten piece good though. Sheesh!

We did a take-out order. The food was great, and the service was so-so. They had no organization, the floors were dangerously slippery, and the person that finally took our order was on his cell phone while taking our order. Very unprofessional.

Fries were inedible full of old grease , cold and nasty I wouldn’t feed them to a stray dog the drink machine was broken so no soda only tea but the tea was nasty and watery,had no color who brewed it ? My food was over seasoned , a health concern for the general public, the wings made my lips tender after eating the lobby was full of smoke they need proper ventilation for frying food I’m sick of coming here they are always having issues there and I see no improvement I could have done better then this at the gas station or just not eating that night,yes nothing at all would have been more satisfying

Awful will never return waited 45 minutes for some boneless lemon pepper wings got Cajun corn to salty. We spent $36 and the food was horrible they had the doors opened flies was everywhere. Customer service was awful too many young people working together. AJ
