I like Wingstop and I rarely go because all the ones I go to are so dirty and the staff are rude. However I tried this one and it’s truly a gem. Clean restaurant, and very nice gentleman at the front (with the dreads) Pleasantly took my order over the phone and when I arrived was just as pleasant. Food was great! I ordered boneless, I received bone in. I asked that the plain be packages separately from the sauced and they were not. Instead they were divided by a piece of parchment but that did not satisfy the child wanting plain chicken fingers as well. The flavors were good and the space clean. The workers were friendly, just not the most focused on delivering what I wanted. Unfortunately I made it home before I checked and did not have time or energy to go back or provide feedback that night. I am sure it was just an off night but I would suggest checking the bag if you are picking up to go before you head out.

When you walk in, you smell nothing but grease. It’s all over floors so bad it’s slippery as hell.The area where you get salt , pepper, etc. Is disgusting! I didn’t even want to open the lid to the stainless steel holder where the salt and pepper is. It was disgusting with finger prints and food slopped all over it.The bathroom was equally gross! Y’all need to clean your restaurant! The people are pretty nice, but won’t go back

CALLED 18 TIMES TO GET A ORDER PLACED TO GO! I AM AT WORK i CAN NOT SPEND ALL MY DAY TRYING TO ORDER FOOD! NEVER THE LESS I CALLED 18 TIMES OVER A PERIOD OF 20 MINUTES. I WAS HUNG UP ON 5 TIMES AND SENT TO SOME MESSAGE THE REST! CAN NOT EVEN SAY WHAT THE FOOD TASTE LIKE THIS LOCATION DOES NOT WANT TO WORK UNTIL THEY HAVE TO OR MAKE $$$$$! I would give zero stars if i could! It was close to closing time & I ordered 30 bone in wings, mango habanero & Hawaiian was supposed to be the sauces. I received 11 garlic parmesan wings & 15 boneless hard as a rock lemon pepper wings. I tried to call them & the phone kept ringing without anyone answering. I spent $40 on 26 wings that were wrong & cold fries. This is the second time they messed my order up. I wanted to go back up there but like i said it was closing time. It seems as if they gave me whatever was leftover without cooking anything fresh. Worse wingstop i have ever eaten at. I will be stopping by in the morning to speak with a manager.

This management is beyond anybody understanding, ordered 20 pc wings fries and corns, they gave me wrong order, called them to get my refund, after accepting the mistake she does not want to refund my money, and asked me to save the food and bring it back anytime in a week, until than this guyzz will keep my money and food, after making mistake they will still dictate us to do what they want. manager must be hired with thrift store experience.

The staff here is exceptional. From management to everyone working so hard to get everyone’s order out in a timely fashion. Running an incredibly smooth operation especially for the Super Bowl where everywhere is chaotic. Order was perfect. Wings crispy and hot at pick up time. They’re wonderful during the week on a random day but I was incredibly impressed with their Super Bowl large order process.
