Walked in on a Monday to get a 6 piece wing a fry. The guy at the counter was super friendly and did a good job with taking my order. However, from that point it all went down hill! I waited about 45 mins for my food. There were two people that had ordered in the store ahead of me and one of them said they had been waiting over an hour for 21 wings. A man walked in about 40 mins into my wait time, and ordered a 8 piece chicken. Within 10 mins they called his order. The girl, who I am guessing was the manager had a bad attitude that was simmering, like she was just mad at the world. I went to the counter and nobody wanted to come up to talk to me. Let me be clear that my attitude was professional and my voice was very calm. A man finally came up and I asked why this man that had only been waiting a few mins received his food and the young lady behind me was waiting an hour. He quickly said that he was doing them right now and proceeded to the back. He never addressed my question. They gave me my food before the other two people, probably because I looked like I would call corporate. When I got home I looked at my fries and they looked like they had been soaked in dirty grease and then put in the container (see pic). They were very dark brown and I did not eat even one, that’s how bad they were. I have never received such poor service. I am the type of person that votes w/my dollar, so wing stop, that will be the last $14 dollars you get from me. VERY DISSAPOINTED!

Food is okay when your order is right. You got to let them fries drip that grease before throwing in a box. We want crispy no wet fries because of grease in a box. Get it together for the 99 & 2000s if y’all want to sell chicken

I ordered online and had to run some errands. I got there about 45 mins after ordering and had to wait an additional 20 mins. The wings were fried really hard. While some like hard wings, I am not one. I have never had a problem with Wingstop, but I was not a happy customer yesterday.

My wife, my daughter and I had the chicken sandwiches from Wingstop a couple of weeks ago. They were so good we decided to have it again yesterday. That was a big mistake. My wife and daughter now have food poisoning because the chicken wasn’t cooked fully. I’m not feeling the greatest either. I wanted to take my wife out for Mother’s Day (today) but it’s not going to happen. She is too sick to leave the house. I don’t think we will ever have them chicken sandwiches again.

Their food is OUTSTANDING!!! Absolutely love it!!! The staff, however, are rude and barely speak to their customers. The other day I walked in and fell because their floor was so slippery and not one employee tried to see if I was ok or even acknowledged what happened. Customer service definitely needs lots of work!!!

OMG!! I haven’t tried their wings yet but I’ll be in for a treat if the sides are a clue. I got the small fried corn and wished I had more. They were Delicious!! Definitely getting a large next time. I also ordered the voodoo fries…. yummy! The seasoning was just right on the spice. The cheese sauce was creamy and didn’t harden much. It’s near me, for now, and I’m ready for more!

Update: Tried them again I’m liking them a little more now got to get the wings crispy. The fries can be crispier. The fried corn is delicious. I give it another star. My favorite sauces are the lemon pepper, hot honey, crunch time, hot honey rub and Korean bbq.

Visited a few times since they opened and staff is always attentive, willing to accommodate request and seem to work well together. My food has always been fresh and flavorful. The corn looks bigger in all the pictures you see, but delicious is an under statement, so order a lot. Ordered online while headed there this last trip ( it’s okay, I was at a red light ) and order was ready we I arrived. If you like wings, give them a try when in the area.
