I put an order in 1 hour ago. My fiancé went to go pick up the order. They told him they never got the order and that it was because the printer was down. They refused to give him a refund and stated we would have to call corporate. They finally budged and called their manager. We ended up getting our money in cash. They could’ve called corporate and put a block on their online ordering or something, instead of wasting peoples time.

Each time I’ve visited the food has been good but the employees seem to get ruder and ruder. The girl working the register (receipt says jalicia) tonight is extremely rude. Awful service. Poor quality food. Plenty of people in the cooking area, but nobody could be bothered to help the person taking our order , who did not know what she was doing. We waited for 40 minutes to find out that our order was sitting on a shelf that nobody knew about; they kept telling us it was coming up soon. Way too many people working there for nobody to know how to do their job. I like to be fair on restaurants these days knowing that there is a problem finding people that want to work, but this place sucks.
