The service started out a bit rocky but it came together by the time we finished ordering. The wait time was a bit crazy.. I think after ordering it took almost 20/25 mins to get our food, a total of 34 wings and a chicken sandwich. The food was good ( mild sauce is not spicy at all), the fries and ranch were really good. Overall not bad, we would return.

I haven’t ate at this particular location but I’m a Dasher and I would say the night manager runs this operation smooth and is a man of order. There’s some other locations I would say need work but this one runs smooth. I had to send a shout out for commendable work and attentiveness. Thank you

Stopping the Wings. I’ve gotten wings from here several times over the years, but I think I’ll stop. The service has gone way down. The last time I went the woman working asked me what I wanted, and then immediately interrupted me to get my name. Like, just ask for my name first! She didn’t even ask if I wanted fries or which dip I wanted, just assumed.

If I could put a zero stars, I would I got wings and fries tonight for dinner, and the fries were very burnt, wings had little to no sauce and very greasy. meal was poorly made and when I went in there was only 2 people empty so I’m wondering why my food looks so bad very disappointing

I placed an order earlier in the evening (around 9 pm) for pick up at 10:30 pm. The food was so cold and must have been sitting there since the order was placed. I thought the purpose of order ahead service was to be fresh at the time of pick up.

Food is good but don’t expect anything to happen quickly. I do not recommend walking in for an order as expect at least a 20 minute wait before you get your food. And most of the time I suggest adding at least 15 minutes to when they say a to go order will be ready. The poor estimate of to go orders is where improvements are needed here. I understand it gets busy – please do a better job of predicting when to show up. I am waiting 20 minutes past the latest it was said the order would be ready and still waiting. Not the first time.

I personally think this wingstop is comparable to any other wingstop I’ve been to. Wait times are always long so I expect that, so if my order is ready when I get there it a nice surprise. There is one particular employee that’s just really toxic to this location. I usually come at night around 10 PM one time he almost got into a fight with a Customer on another occasion more recently the girl who works the register asked him to drop fries he got her face yelling mad about the request it was crazy! I don’t know his name but he has dark hair, I think he’s Caucasian (could be Hispanic very fair skin) I’m just not sure but he’s always there at night causing trouble. I hope he gets the training , or whatever he needs, because I would not be surprised

This location is horrible, I’ve never had such bad service or experience. The food always takes a half hour to be served and for what because it’s always cold NEVER fresh. They rude asl never in a good mood all they do is give you attitude, the fries are always cold and burnt the wings are always cold and greasy! Who owns this location because every single employee needs to be terminated and replaced if I could give this location zero stars I would because they don’t even deserve a half star at this point like let’s be fr! I’ve been here 3 times and they never get it right. Please save yourself the trouble and headache.

Wing Stop is without a doubt my favorite restaurant. I absolutely enjoy Wing Stop! The staff members are really nice. The service can be pretty slow at times, but it all depends on the time of day! The wings are delicious, and the pink lemonade is out of this world. Lemon pepper wings are my favorite type of wings. Always hot and fresh French fries! The restaurant is always spotless! I think I’ll have some wingstop today.

Ordered the boneless mild and garlic parm…this was the most tasteless chicken! It was like eating plain chicken nuggets. No flavor at all! Barely any sause at all. Step up your game, there are plenty of other places to get better tasting wings for a cheaper price!
