Staff is absolutely terrible. This store is garbage, absolutely ridiculous service here, waited over a half hour for a delivery pick up that was supposed to be picked up before I even got there…..and this is just my most recent experience Spoke to the manager Tyra Winn about how the wait affects our earnings as drivers, and she explained how they prioritize in store orders above delivery, which is insane because my customer has already paid and is waiting, not to mention it hurts our ratings, I’ve also had the same experience dining in with my wife so I would say service is overall the worst I’ve experienced in Richmond, they seriously need new management…..will not eat here and as an influencer will be letting my followers know never to eat here as well.

Driving through Richmond and my son wanted BDubs but we just wanted a quick meal and decided to stop at Wingstop. Could’ve ate a Bdubs 3x over instead- waited over and hour for food that ended up being cold (how is that even possible?). Woman handed us our bag with her dirty gloves she’s been cooking with.
