Man, where to start with this place? Any time I go to a restaurant like this and everything is below average and there is a glaring lack of attention to detail, I just have to wonder; where are the owners? Where is management? Where is the oversight!? This place, like so many other fast food joints, appears to just not care. There was nothing good about this Wingstop. It wasn’t very clean. The service was slow. The wings were insanely salty. The fries were overcooked, yet soggy. The music in the dining area was too loud. The TV is on some weird sports betting channel and still has its protective plastic wrapping on it. The soda machine spews soda all over. The whole experience was just disappointing in every way. I recommend skipping this location and if Wingstop can’t provide better oversight, I’ll be skipping this franchise permanently.

So the guy behind the counter has the worse attitude I’ve ever seen. I called my order in at 1746 on Saturday. Came to pick it up at at 1825 well after the pick up time. The guy behind the counter can’t read and gave my order to a door dash driver in front of me. When I said something he behaved aggressive and had a bad attitude. Dude needs to find a new line of work and adjust his attitude. The food quality has gone down as well as the price going up.

This is by far the worst wing stop I have ever been to. As a door dasher, wing stop is a place that is frequently visited and they all seem to have the same types of problems… terrible customer service, (the employees almost always seem to be in bad moods), slow order processing and disgusting locations. My thoughts are that management is to blame, but hey, it might just be a corporate thing. Why anyone continues to buy from places like these is a mystery I don’t think will ever be solved until they are out of business or they hire new staffs…

The people who work here at night especially the managers are rude. They never answer their phone if you’re trying to call in and place an order at 11:15pm and please don’t try to go in at 11:30pm because they’re going to tell you that they’re closed and aren’t taking anymore orders (even though they close at 12am) Every last employee is always on their phones and it always music from their phones. This place is ridiculous.
