Today is national wing day and Wingstop gives 5 free wings with your orders. I got my 5 free wings (Mango Habanero) but was shorted on the wings I paid for (5 Lemon Herb & 5 Original Hot). I got 3 of each instead of 5 each. Guess you can say I got what I paid for but I purposely chose to eat at Wingstop for the FREE wings. I ONLY GOT ONE FREE WING. All this to say, be sure to count your wings. My fries were cold too. Kind of regretting my TIP!!!!

If you want to wait 45 minutes for some wings this is the place to go! Workers move at a slug pace and are extremely rude for absolutely no reason. The fries were very cold and they forgot our ranch as well. I would rather make the drive to go to the Ellicott City or Gaithersburg location. Save your money and time and go elsewhere!!

This location is very clean and the staff are welcoming. To get your order a little fast during peak times like football games place your order through the app. My first in 2020 was nice because the wings were a little bigger. I hope this is something they continue to give out. I enjoy the ranch, and the season fries are good. I will continue to order from this location.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! This place is BEYOND filthy. The health department needs to make a surprise visit and SHUT THEM DOWN. They are infested with small flies. Unbeknownst to me there was more than 16 gnats in my drink. I only found this out after consuming 1/3 of my drink. I am sick to my stomach!!!! The customer service is abysmal, staff is incredibly rude and Incompetent. Do not buy ANYTHING from this particular establishment. Please put your health first and AVOID this place.

Terrible food. It arrived cold and seemed like the fries and wings had been sitting out all day. We ordered a 24 pack of wings but only received 20. At least half of them were all bone with very little meat on it. They were hands down the worst I’ve ate.
