Wings were very good got half Garlic Parmesan the others half Old Bay.and veggie sticks. Young lady at the register Saturday July 2 was very nice. Really only outdoor seating. The wings were very good but they were small. This is not my first Wing Stop the Wing Stop wings in Laurel are much bigger. I will.go to the Pikeville location again however it would be nice to have consistency across all locations

I really don’t know why everyone is bashing them in these reviews because my order was fantastic. Wings were juicy and flavorful, fries were crispy. The ranch…. Phenomenal. I now see why the reviews for this location are so low although it’s fairly new. Went in today to grab my fav which is the louisiana rub but left very upset and disappointed. The wings were soaked in a thick butter sauce (see pic) and smelled horrible. The cashier also refused to refund the order since it was done online and told me to call corporate for a refund. I will never order from this location again and if I could give less than 1 star I would. You’ve been warned.

Ok here we go. I almost crossed two lanes of traffic when I saw there was a Wing Stop here but I waited for Friday to treat myself. I tried to call before ordering but no one ever answered the phone. The online ordering doesn’t let me add more than one order at a time. I get there and the cook doesn’t use gloves. Someone asked for the mgr and his first response was I can’t talk because I’m busy. When he came out he did explain why they were not using gloves. Very young people at the register- they may just need a bit of coaching on customer service like no cussing or having your friends hanging around. I was told the phone doesnt work. Oh well. We have to get our wings from some place folks. This here is not it. Food: the fries were small chopped fries. I order half old bay and you won’t need to zoom in to see there’s NO OLD BAY. 🙂

The person that took our order could not understand English. The order was messed up and after bringing to her attention she stated there was no manager however the other employee called over a gentleman that was in the kitchen area; I’m assuming he was the MOD. After attempting to give me something that we did want he was able to give a refund for the item that they messed up. In addition it took close to 30 minutes for the order to be ready. Man the reviews on this place are brutal I was reluctant, but tried it out. All I got were boneless wings and a drink and it was decent. The hottest sauce they have “Atomic” isn’t really that hot. Good sauces. Big boneless wings. Coke Zero was on point. The girl at the register was a little stand-offish but not bad. I’ll go back till they do me wrong.

I was good with the Korean BBQ wings, which I ordered carryout about three different times. My husband usually orders the Old Bay wings & picks them up. This round of Old Bay wings were the nastiest Old Bay wings we’ve ever tasted because of the amount of grease they had on them and very little seasoning. We were hungry so we ate some of them but we literally had to take paper towels to squeeze the grease out of them, which took the little seasoning that was on them, off. The wings left this old-grease-taste in our mouths, and our stomachs curdled like we drank sour milk. We burped this nastiness for the rest of the evening. It took forever to digest! We felt horrible the next day because of those wings we ate the night before. This blew our opinion of Wing Stop. We will never order from there again.

I order $40 of wings, they were smaller than a pigeon wing. They were over cooked and dry it out. But most of all the wings taste like they were fried in oil that hadn’t been changed a very long time. The worst! I would not recommend ever going to this Wingstop.

There is a reason for this low rating, for the third time l ordered and paid for celery sticks and yet again they did not put them in the bag. I ordered a lot and didn’t want to unpack and open everything so my fault. The owner is there and never checks the orders so beware!
