Ordered food after a long 12 hr shift. Got to the store and it seemed like a decent enough store. I get home and see my sandwich is wrong. I ordered a hot honey sandwich (a dry rub) and got original hot. I called the store to tell them and ask for a partial refund just for the sandwich since going all the way back to the store just to wait and have it remade was very inconvenient, and they said they don’t do refunds at all and hung up on me. some of the worst service I’ve ever encountered, and the food doesn’t make up for it.

Asked for ranch, got blue cheese instead. This included the $5 extra side we ordered. Veggie sticks were limp and slimy. Chicken skins tasted like old fry oil and sauce was bland and lacking. Do not recommend. Would not order again.

The chicken was spoiled! You could smell it when you pulled chicken apart. I called store to speak with manager (Steven) who couldn’t answer any of my questions regarding the quality of meat they’re serving. Avoid this place at all cost!

Got food poisoning from their wings! Vomiting and stooling! I and my daughter have been sick for a couple of days now. I called to notify their manager….all she said was I’m sorry and thank you. I’ve laid in bed for over a day. It’s terrible. Eat here at your own risk!

Do not come here!!! Wing Stop is already raggedy as an entire franchise, but this location here is the worst I think I’ve ever been to. Wings were poorly sauced, old and cold. Customer service was terrible. Facility was terrible. I hate to rag on business but they definitely deserve negative stars.
