I’ve been past this place a few times. Meaning to stop in. Never had it. I will say first off the customer service to me was awesome. Split order of wings, two flavors. They were good flavor, good texture. The fries were a little extra salty. Asked for extra sauce and drink refills. They absolutely will help. I’d definitely go back. Good food for a good price. Especially for combo deals.

I was in the area for lunch today 6/13/23. Food was very good, place was very clean. I decided to eat inside. It was early around 11:30am so they were not too busy, got my food in about 10 min. Wings, fries and a drink. The fries were actually really good, they had a salt/sugar spice on them. FYI….door dash, Uber eats are all 3rd party delivery service companies…meaning the company you order from has zero control who picks up the food, how long it takes to get delivered etc….

Came out to visit the Wingstop in Emmauss on its opening night. I’ve been going to the one in Allentown for years and have enjoyed every visit. I’ll start out by saying this place has plenty of parking out front and the lot is lit up well at night. You can’t fault any restaurant on its first day of opening food takes longer or there are mishaps, everybody is learning, they will grow into being a successful and efficient business. with that said, we got two orders of the wings, fries and drinks and they were absolutely delicious like we expected. We may have waited a little bit longer, but like I said, it was the businesses first day open and that’s to be expected. Everybody from the time you went in the door was courteous and happy and just was very welcoming. That’s a pleasant surprise especially on a first date opener. I’ll definitely be coming back to this place since it’s closer to my home than the one in Emmaus so I wish them the best of luck and if you’re in the area and you want some of the best wings in the Lehigh valley hands-down make sure you check out Wingstop Wingstop

This was probably my 4th experience going to this location. All other times I’ve had no problem other than a bit of a wait but the food is good and I don’t mind. Now this time we got three meals. Received one fry. I waited about 12-14 minutes and was handed a big bag and never had a problem in the past, so I didn’t think to check. Well of course I got home and we didn’t have our two fries. Very frustrated to have that long of a wait, that price, and forgetting food. When the store was empty mind you.

Ordered a 30 piece tonight. Went to pick it up and they gave my $45 order to someone else. Had to wait another 40 min to get my food. Got my food brought it home and no fries. Went back asked for my fries. Dude with the blonde dreads decided he wanted to come out his mouth to me cuz i was rude. Duh you screwed up my order twice. And forgot the ranch also. So dude with the blonde dreads, I hope you read this. And realize that customer service is actually more important than anything else. And you will never get anywhere in life with that attitude. I only cussed you out AFTER you came out your mouth.

I was excited to get wingstop while visiting family in PA. Just got done a day at Dorney Park and thought this would be great. Service was great food was my worst experience at any wingstop location. My wings had very little seasoning on them. I should have just got them all plain. I paid extra for dips and did not receive them. Also paid extra for the Cajun corn and it was too under seasoned and cold.

Fries tasted bad, more sweet than savory. They tasted old and soft. The chicken sandwich was over salted. The people working their wore no gloves, and the conversation they were having was filled with swear words. No way I’ll ever go back. Unprofessional and because of this, I’ll never eat at another Wing Stop again

Not very busy at all, and I waited 30 minutes for my pick up order, only to find out it had been sitting on the counter ready for the last 10 minutes but no employee had noticed. The original and mild flavors were not very good. And the honey Hot flavor didn’t taste like it had any honey or sweetness in it. The seasoned fries were good, but after sitting around for 10 minutes they were slightly soggy. Overall pretty disappointing.
