Wingstop in Middletown if you guys would just keep the counters clean and the garbage from piling up near your kitchen or rather in your kitchen station I would have given you guys a four star. It’s disgusting to see garbage piled up right in the kitchen area where customers dump their trays on a regular. It’s disgusting to sit at a table that is sticky. One would think due to the pandemic you guys would make sure someone is monitoring the seating area on a regular to clean off the tables to make it presentable and sanitize for guests coming in to your establishment. Let’s talk about the staff the first star goes to the staff because from the cook I didn’t get the names I should have but I didn’t to the mail on the register friendly with a smile professional behavior this is what the customers look forward to. The second star comes because of location. The third star is because of the different sources and the freshness of the blue cheese sauce I have been to a Wingstop where the blue cheese actually taste sour so I was very happy to know that the blue cheese was at a cool temperature and that it was fresh. Also you do not receive a five-star because the chicken wings were a bit too hard it actually scrape the roof of my mouth I did not complain only because I was in a hurry. You guys can do better. So please do.

I arrived at 9:44pm and was told after 9:40pm they couldn’t take a bone in order. I don’t eat boneless wings. Service was denied and they close at 10:00pm; this rule isn’t posted any where in the restaurant. Associate was rude rolling her eyes and asked another employee to take care of me. I will never buy food from any wing stop again. I will make a complaint to corporate as well they lack in customer service.

This place give you chicken that is not crisp, the chicken was very soggy and then when they put the chicken in the tray they don’t drain the grease, so the chicken was just laying in the grease. Grease was lol over my son clothes and I tell him stop asking me to take you there.

I had WingStop in the South and it was great. Here in Middletown, an embarrassment to the brand. The wings barely had sauce, the “seasoned fries” were burnt not seasoned AT ALL! We even requested EXTRA seasoning! The fried corn was the best part, but Cajun it was not! Utterly disappointing! NEVER going back or recommending!

Literally always an issue ordering here..either things are missing or they take forever and a day to make the order. Even when ordering online, says it’ll be ready in 15 and you wait over an hour. Always check your bags before you leave!! We’ve learned our lesson.
