Look at the pictures I posted about the fries! Some over cooked Some under cooked, most fries are fried in old oil which would make these fries look like this! I wasn’t sure about going here because the reviews were mixed but it was great. We have been a few times now and we love the wings. We get greeted at the door, place our order and wait for the delicious wings. It does take some time to cook as they cook them to order but I do love the lemon herb wings!

The counter person Shannon was very Unprofessional and did not offer me a carry out container. When I asked her for once you told me it was for her other customers. I Explain to her that I was also a customer that dined in your establishment. Music was very loud inside the establishment. And customer service was very poor.

They didn’t have gloves on while making the food. One worker was back and forth between the register and the kitchen WITHOUT washing her hands. Thats disgusting . Took about 40 minutes for a 6pcs wing combo and fries, JUST for it to come back WITHOUT the sauce I ordered. Then people who ordered 20 minutes after i did got their food first. I mean is this what wing stop wants to be seen as ??? Hope your happy with yourselves.

I am so disappointed with the treatment that I just received at wing stop in Deptford…so disappointed that I took the time out to voice my frustrations here. Walked in there as usual ready to order…woman behind counter hollers at me “are u ordering?” I said yes calmly. She says “well u can order online!” In a very disrespectful way, rolls her eyes and walks away. I will never set foot in that establishment again. Think I’m gonna give you my money and be treated like that? Nope. Taking my money to Chick-fil-A where they know how to treat people. Who would hire an ignorant woman like her? They should be ashamed of themselves!! She was rude and ignorant and dirty looking and I hope she sees this. She probably don’t even wash her hands.

If I could give zero stars I would this place is a legitimate joke. I was greeted on the phone by Lisa. She was very rude was talking to other people while she was on the phone with me ignoring me and talking over me so I asked to speak to a manager and she said I am the manager and pretty much told me that she’s too busy for my question that she has to take orders and proceeded to hang up. First time ordering here and last.

Worst Wing Stop you could ever go to. We walked in and ordered at 5:01pm. 20 minutes later we asked where our order was and the female at the register said that it would be coming right out. About 5 minutes later they asked us for our name again and couldn’t seem to find it. Several other customers, who had to go orders picked up their food then came back in to complain that the order was wrong or missing items. At about 42 minutes we asked again about our food. A young black kid with a beard said very rudely “some orders take longer than others depending on what you order”. We said, okay but over 40 minutes? At about 45 minutes I walked up and asked for a refund. The kid at the counter said “my manager isn’t here”. I said well who here can give refunds? You don’t have a manger here? The kid then said “I can get my assistant manager” at that point the very rude black kid says “your food is right here” And then proceeded to call the name for the order. I said “I don’t want the food, I want the refund”. I waited another 5 minutes before the assistant manager walked up and gave a refund. Not once did he ask what the problem was or even apologize for our almost hour wait. He also did not even offer us our food that was already just made. DO NOT GO TO THIS WING STOP. THEY SUCK!!!!!
