I’ve rarely ever seen a restaurant where the quality of the food contrasts so incredibly with the abysmal service. For two years I’ve been a customer here, as well as a dasher taking multiple deliveries from this location. In two years, never once has this location not been grossly understaffed and that by lackluster, grumpy employees who treat both customers and drivers with minimal effort and rarely any politeness, that is, if they have time to interact with customers at all between the arguments amongst themselves in the kitchen. Not once has my food or delivery order been ready on time, the usual is about 20 minutes late. It is a real shame – the food quality is excellent and I suspect it is the only reason anyone puts up with this nonsense. Management should consider this. I just watched the store lose a family of customers because the single low-effort employee in the kitchen waddled around at half-pace and told them she didn’t have time to take their order, while another employee sat eating her lunch nearby. 4 other customers stood waiting for their food. When I finally got mine (15 minutes late) the employee handed me an empty cup with an “it’s lemonade” for the order I was supposed to pick up. Utterly rotten. I have no interest in business bashing, I truly hope management takes stock of their work force because I truly do love the food and I want to continue giving this business my business, and I’m sure I’m not the only one.

I dont usually review things honestly. I kind of make jokes and don’t take it seriously. However, this wingstop has the worst customer service I’ve seen in years at any restaurant. The manager straight up said “they don’t answer the phone” and online orders are “not her problem”. Also walked away from me in the middle of my sentence because I guess she was done.

First time here, didn’t really know what they had or how they worked. Employee was super helpful explaining the difference flavors, heat levels, and options to us. We got a family pack with fries and veggie sticks. The French fries are the best!! Super flavorful, lots of seasoning. We got the mild (basic Buffalo), Hawaiian, and garlic parmesan. All boneless. Everything was so fresh, crispy, and delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

When I first had wingstop it was at a different location and was really that good, with that being said this location just opened up way closer to home and it’s FANTASTIC! The staff is friendly,polite, and awesome! The dining room is clean and cozy. The food always comes out fresh and flavorful, from the fries to the wings it’s just all around a great experience!
