Went in store around 2pm, and had to ask twice to even get an order started. They told us 15 minutes, and we waited in the store. after around 20 minutes, one of the workers came out and told us the ticket machine broke so it’s going to take a few more minutes. We got our order another 20 minutes later, and the fries were almost black and soggy. It looked like it’s been fried in bad oil. i hate wasting food but this was inedible. never going back

Wing stop will definitely make you stop eating wings! The place is very untidy, notice how your shoes stick to the floor when you walk in there. The place looks so unhygienic and except for the lady who takes orders, no one is customer friendly. The person who delivers your food in the counter is the most rude! Highly regret my visit believing the advertisement on the television. Never again!

Wings at this location seem to be refried. Honestly it’s not even satisfying since they make it unbearable to chew or bite into. Ordered twice from this place. Buyer beware. If you call in and pick up look over your order b4 you leave. Manager had attitude towards people dining in and wasn’t allowed! Chairs were on tables. Very dysfunctional and when I got home they forgot 10 boneless wings to my order. I will never order ahead or come again. Mgr got on the phone and cancelled orders being taken due to being backed up 2 hrs later. Not great customer service to make money.
