waited in the front for 25 minutes before even being acknowledged. One worker even walked to the front, grabbed his cell phone and starting going on it without even paying attention to any of the people up front. once they finally asked who we were picking up for the order hadn’t even been made. we ordered extra sauces too and the worker just told us they were out of them, no way to be reimbursed for how much we paid for the extra sauce. worst experience, will NEVER be back. learn some work ethic.

Went here for wings….. HUGE mistake Walked in, ordered and waited 45-50 mins. While waiting we were given our cups…. No ice, no regular drinks only sugar free. Place was dirty also no trash cans? Yeah never again. Just waiting for the food poisoning to start.

I ordered a 10 piece wing combo. There was only one flat in the order. The buffalo sauce was greasy and it was at the bottom of the container and really didn’t even taste like buffalo sauce. The fries were ice cold. Their ice machine was down so I had to take the drink hot, and it was also watered down. I was very disappointed.

I love Wingstop, but hate the service. I shouldn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I was the only customer inside the restaurant compared to 3-4 workers. This is ridiculous. I am disappointed.

Not worth the money for tiny wings and burnt fries. Wings were ok with flavors. Fries were dark brown like they were sitting in old oil too long. I ordered 30 wings, looks like it would only feed two people.

If I could give it 10 stars, I would. First time getting food from here and we drove 30 minutes just for the pick up. WELL worth it and we’ll be doing it again. We got 3 flavors – garlic parm, Hawaiian and hickory smoked bbq…all three were amazing. Cajun fries have a nice kick to them. Cannot wait to try more flavors!!

Didn’t get our full order, after we gave them a second chance from delivering cold food an hour and a half late after we called to ask they remake the food sitting there for food safety. They never answer the phone and I had to call 4 times after the first time to get a refund since they refused to remake our food. Mind you, we asked directly to remake our 1.5 hour old food, and they outright refused. Looks like they ate one….

I had better wings at Friday’s. Firstly the place is filthy, you almost want to call the health inspector standing in there. Made my order online went to pick it up everything was cold and items were missing, I called back and was hung up on, got in my car and drove up there while calling back to reach someone. The manager finally answered I told her the issue but headed back up there for them to remake my order, cold soggy half seasoned chicken, cold soggy fries and I had a side order of carrots which was only 5 small looking carrots in a large box. I was annoyed after spending over $50. The “manager” seemed partially like she had an attitude and partially like she’s slow. After telling her my issue she offered a refund or remake the order. I regret having them remake it instead of just getting a refund. It took 30-40 minutes for them to remake the order. I wanted to scream. I just took the food and left, got home and it’s pretty much disgusting. The wings were a bit undercooked. The fries were super soggy the boneless wings were just gross and very very soggy. People rave about this place and I can’t seem to fathom why. The food is worst than mediocre, wouldn’t eat here again if my life depended on it. Ended up not eating any of it. Honorable mention to the food I returned that sat on the counter in front of the register the entire 40 minutes I was in there, I’m sure it was longer than that too.

Dirty, rude girl behind the counter on her phone, if your a delivery driver your given a cup to fill but machine is always half out of what you need, waiting for the bag just sitting on the shelf getting cold you don’t get acknowledged, this was the last time
