I believe in giving everyone a second chance! Made a delivery order at the Parkville location. First, the person on the phone gave us 25 minutes that turned into an hour’s wait. Second, when the driver finally got here the order was completely wrong with food missing. We called to inform the lady who took the order what happened. She still didn’t get the order right the second time either and the driver was rude and demanded the wrong order back that we had thrown away. There will not be a third time with this place! I will definitely inform family and friends not to patronize this location!!!

I have been ordering from here for the last 8 years. The food is very good.! Great service and friendly people. However the past 6 months or so they have messed up every order and overcharge for my order. The problem is they think I am wrong. I think I will find another place.

Parkville, MD location. I used to order from this establishment a lot but lately the service has went downhill horribly. They have people taking orders who barely speak English which causes incorrect orders being sent out. I ordered food from this restaurant today and they got my order wrong twice then when the delivery driver came back he was extremely rude and demanded the incorrect order back. I honestly think this establishment is racist from what I’ve been seeing lately. I will never order from this place again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either. The food isn’t even good anymore it doesn’t taste fresh and is always cold when it gets to me.

When Das Bierhalle is extremely crowded across the street, this is the place to go. Me and my lady friend were desperate and hungry and this hit the spot. The food was delicious, hot, and plentiful. 10/10 would go again

The wings here are fantastic some of the best I’ve ever had. That being said do not order your food through their website call them or use door dash we ordered through the site and we were charged but they didn’t get the order so they didn’t even start making it. An hour later after waiting an hour on top of that we finally got our food. Ordered from there last night and said we wanted fries but changed our mind before we ended the call and said we didn’t want them and to take them off the bill they charged us for them anyway and sent them out with our meal.

I never ate their food but there was a mixup in delivery. I was rude, overly rude and they didn’t lose their cool. Professionalism is as important as good food. I hate the mix up they come highly rated. But if you want good treatment and food try them.
