MY 14 Yr old ordered from the restaurant on Airline, Hwy in Prairieville on a Sunday. Her not knowing they were closed on Sundays, made a pickup order. The website allows you to order on days they are closed and charge your payment method, also. Spoke to the owner for a refund, the following day, he refused to refund my account and also refused to give me the food that was ordered the day before. These people are crooks and scam artist. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER ON SUNDAY’s!!! The order was $40.19 so I’m just out of this money because this owner is greedy.

First time here. Service was great. Food over priced big time. Spent $75, they get you with the cheese and bacon etc. Before you know it you really pay about $16-18 for a combo once add ons added. The double burger was the best and well worth thing we got. Got two shrimp and chicken poboys and was super tiny 6 shrimp in total for 12.49 super small.

We have ordered from Wings N More in Prairieville many times because they have always been very kind and accommodating to my terminally ill sister-in-law. She has to special order her food because she cannot handle any seasoning, and until this point, Wings N More has been one place we could count on to cook her food just the way she likes it and can eat it. However, when I went in this evening to order her food exactly the way they cooked it before, I was told they could not do it because their food was already pre-seasoned. I know this is not true because they have made her fish and sweet potato fries to order every time we have been there before and have honored her special requests. When I tried to explain this, the employee refused to listen and argued with me that they don’t do it and have not before. I told him to just cancel the entire order and proceeded to leave as he continued to argue with me as I walked out the door. Not only was I shocked by the lack of service considering how great they have been in the past, but I was also extremely upset that he basically accused me of lying and rudely embarrassed me in front of other customers. I will not be returning to Wings N More.

I was greeted soon as I walked in the place by the cashier I got my food fast and was the best hot wings I ever tasted the place was very very nice and clean I would tell anyone to get their wings from here so go and get your piece of heaven in your mouth today and they sell a lot more than wings so go check it out you won’t be disappointed thanks for the good food and speedy service loved it

I ordered the combination plate, breaded mushrooms, and six wings. The shrimp was okay, the fries were rock hard, the fish, mushrooms and chicken were horrible. I gave most of the food to my dog; now I’m afraid she’ll have the squirts.

Order was wrong! Delivered by UBER Eats. Called store to let them know there was no dipping sauces sent with order, nor were the barbecue ranch fries delivered. The little manager telling order was right cause he fixed it. I told him I am standing here with the wrong order, and would send pictures of both orders. He continued to insist he got it right. First and last time ordering from there. Also remove black owned from your advertising!
