Went tonight for appetizers and drinks. Ordered drinks and mozzarella sticks. Received appetizer and ate it all before we got our drinks. Ordered another drink took another 15-30 minutes to get. 3rd drink for me came a little quicker took another 10-15 minutes for my husband’s beer. Bartender had no sense of urgency. Was there 2 hours most of the time waiting on our bar drinks. Enjoyed the drinks when we got them, but order your second when you get your first if you want your second by the time you finish your first.

Manager was drinking and being very loud with a few drunk people at the bar. So loud that me and my wife could not hear each other and when they was leaving they was putting there hands on other customers and me and my wife. I had to stand up and tell him to keep there hands off my wife and myself. Manager did nothing and thought it was very funny. We will never ever go back there. The food was very over cooked to where we could not eat it.

Wings came with no sauce even though my daughter ordered mild. Waitress argued with them that you must ask for them to be tossed and that the mild was just super buttery. We got dirty looks the rest of the meal. Service is normally great but it wasn’t tonight.

Usually we have really enjoyed Wings. The last few times we have been there it’s been apparent they need more help. It took a good 20 minutes to get our drinks, and another 15 minutes after that to get our food. The food is enjoyable for a bar/restaurant, but tonight the onion rings were very sparse and the French fries were limp and rubbery. By comparison, a large order of French fries at McDonald’s would have been superior in quality and quantity. We had a really nice waiters. The waiter’s and waitresses always do a good job. I hope they are appreciated!

I am in town for a short time and decided to try Wings Etc. They have a large selection of food on the menu and I was unsure what to order. My watress, Mady, asked a few questiona and gave me some excellent suggestions, which I ordered. She checked on me often and was very profesional. I was surprised that she had only been there a short time, but was the best at her job. It was great food, great atmosphere, and a great watress with a smile. Thank you.
