I was there on a Saturday night. I felt I was walking into a little bar at a ghost town. Almost no customers. The smell was odd. The food was as good as all this chain of restaurants. Customer service was average. I’m not impressed. I recommend it for lunch but not if you want to listen to music, watch a game, and/or have a few drinks. They didn’t have that fun environment and top service as before.

Walked in to a nearly empty dining room. Host asked if I wanted to sit at the bar. I looked over and didn’t see anywhere to sit at bar. Plus I don’t drink anymore. So I asked to be seated in the dining room. Waited for 10 minutes. No one stopped by to even take a drink order. Walked out and left. This place needs to work on their customer service. I had never been here before. Y’all made a bad first impression. Oh and I’m an excellent tipper. Your loss.

My husband and I dined here Saturday night around 7. Place was not packed at at all and we didn’t have to wait to get a table. It’s quieter than other wings and rings. My salad was 12.99 and super delicious. The wings are great and don’t have too much breading which I love. We would definitely return but next time I would want to sit in the bar area.

We walked into a full counter of servers and it took a while for someone to ask us where we would like to be seated and once we were finally seated we had to flag someone down to atleast give us menus and ask what we would like to drink and after about 10 mins of waiting for our drinks we decided to just get up and find some where else to eat!! Me and my family used to always enjoy eating here but that will be our last time!!
