Ordered an eight piece and two six pieces for delivery and only got 6 pieces. They didn’t give us any of the sides we ordered, and the food was unbelievably salty. I called to let them know that we were missing items and they hung up on me as soon as I said I was missing something. I paid $51 dollars for 3 meals and I didn’t even get all of the food. Horrible food, and horrible service.

When they first opened some years ago, my wife and I were regulars and they were so great. Food and service. Nowadays they don’t answer the phone. They will tell you to order online, and it doesn’t work half the time. Hours are hit or miss. I get in moods to give them another chance but when I see all the hassle it takes just to place an order, I’m done before I even get started. Plus since no one answers the phone, I’m afraid to order and no one be there. Even at this moment their facebook says they’re closed and google says they’re open. So inconsistent. I also unliked and unfollowed them on Facebook. What a disappointment.

I placed and paid for the order online. When I got to the window, I was not greeted. The guy just picked up his pad to take my order. I informed him I had placed the order online. He went and got the order, I drove off. No Thank you, nothing. I got 2 different flavored wings, and I ordered onion rings. Got home, the wings were cooked too long, mostly the hard brownish meat was in the wings, no dipping sauce, and I had fries, not onion rings. This was my 1st time ordering from this place and I was disappointed.

The guy at the window suggested I get the “hottest” wings instead of “Voodoo” wings & I’m glad I listened… they were exactly that! They were hot, but with flavor. Everything was great including service! Will definitely be back to try the “Voodoo” wings.

First of all let me start by saying that the wing sauce flavors are excellent!!! HOWEVER, the atmosphere is disappointing and lackluster. The service is subpar at best, and the french fries need to be taken off of the menu and reintroduced with a better product. This business could definitely use the assistance of some financial investors. This business could be one of the best in the city, but some improvements need to be made on the food, atmosphere, and service before that could happen.

First time had take out from here I had a coworkers mother bring it, it was exceptional! Tried calling in order today and he refused to take it over the phone said do it online. Tried 3 times and wouldn’t work. Went thru drive thru to place order and he was rude. He got all 3 orders wrong and there was hair in one of our wrongly prepared salads. Won’t go back
