This is an outstanding venue for live music. They try to bring in bands from outside the area to offer a variety. They have a spacious bar area plus a room dedicated to just the band. Video games, billiards and large TV’s everywhere. A little something for everyone…oh and the food is great to. Don’t let the facade fool you as it did us for many years. Go in and you will not be disappointed.

The food was decent but the staff or the ones that I encountered did not do a good job. I called in my to-go order, got there and waited for someone to help me. After about 7 or 8 minutes someone finally came. I was directed towards the back where I stood like a deer stuck in headlights for, I kid you not another 12-14 minutes as employees kept walking past me. I was not greeted or acknowledged. All of that for another guy to randomly come out, hand me my food and walk off. Listen, I’ve never worked in the restaurant industry, nore do I want to. I have worked in customer service and dealt with customers in every field that I was employed in. Customer service is always #1. It does not matter how busy or not busy your place is. A simple hello or being acknowledged would put a customer at ease, not being ignored. My bill was hefty and on top of that I still left a well above average for a suggested tip. I will not be returning.

If I could give zero stars I would. Waited over an hour for food (which is reasonable given our group size of 13 with 7 of those being children) and they bring the appetizers and dinner out all at the same time COLD and still missing items. Asked to speak to the manager, end up apparently speaking to the owner who did heat up our 2 plates of wings but never even apologized for the issue or the remaining cold food. The waiter and/or owner never came back to the table and left the building before checks were distributed. The owners son did take 15% off the 2 of the 4 checks but again never came and apologized and we had to ask several other waitresses (who were very nice) to get us more water (empty cups since before we got food) and checks.

Went to play pool and have a bite. We were told tables weren’t very good about 6 or 8 months ago, but they have resurfaced and made quite playable for their pool tournaments obviously. $1 game, so average price. Open space, decent outdoor patio out back for smoking area.

New owner has it down. That hamburger steak w mushroom in 12 oz was more than needed. Pro tip – get a pitcher of Long Island ice tea. No waiting for refill. Thanks to Bre for being our waitress.

Wouldn’t give a star if that was possible. Called to place an order for pickup and realized immediately it was the wrong location so I called back instantly. They had already run my card so I hoped for a refund at least since this location was 45 minutes away from me. I was put on hold for 30 minutes and tried to get a refund but the manager refused. It was as if they waited for the order to be made before refusing very rudely for that matter. Go to the Columbia one if you want good service.

Beware, the 129.99 100 wing deal comes with a 21.25 “takeout fee” that they don’t mention when you order, that makes it actually a 151.74 non-deal. Since this is a fee I assume the business is keeping it (like all the others do) screwing their employees out of a tip bc no one is going to pay 40+ over the quoted price for wings.
