I’ve been coming to this place (note: coming, not spending my money at) for three years. It is absolutely terrible. The service is down right unpleasent. Not sassy, not sarcastic, just plain mean. The food is disgusting, and you get too little of it for way too much money. I once ordered their chicken wrap, and all it was was two chicken nuggets on a tortilla. Not even wrapped! Literally the only reason I ever walk into the place is because the connected hotel keeps giving me coupons for free beer. Honestly, their beer is so terrible I’m not even sure that’s worth it. Do yourself a favor: walk about two blocks over to the liquor store for some real beer and stop at Costa Vida on the way back. You’ll spend less and eat significantly better.

Ate lunch here with the family. Service was prompt, friendly, and attentive. Food was excellent and delivered in a timely manner. I would definitely eat here again. My waist is grateful I don’t live closer as the garlic fries are ridiculously awesome

My friends from out of town took me here, been converted to here since. Now sometimes the service or getting your order might be slow. However it has been my experience that the staff is very pleasant to you while you wait. Last time we went we even had the manager checking in on us. Love their sticky fingers.

This establishment is poorly ran, I’ve been here at least 2 dozen times because of the limited options in Rock Springs and maybe once they got everyone’s order right at our table. There is always something wrong whether it is the food being cold, undercooked, brought out an hour later or just wrong. Here recently a few co. workers got sick instantly after eating there for lunch, I’m glad i was not there. Needless to say we will not be returning there.

Probably a 1, but I’m feeling generous. We had to ask multiple times for a high chair. Food and service was extremely slow.My wife’s mushroom Swiss burger was extremely salty with almost no mushrooms. Long story short, we will not be a repeat customer.
