I am not sure as to why this place has so many bad reviews. The wings were crispy and delicious. Our waitress, Kami, was amazing. She was attentive and always checked up on us. She also let us know when the kitchen was a little backed up – which didn’t even take long but I love the open communication so that we are aware. I also loved that they bring popcorn as a side snack before our food arrives.

We ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers with garlic fries at 6:29 the waitress said give us twenty minutes at 7:03 we walked out. I had gone back in at 6:49 there was two people in front of me and let me say it’s a very small area. When we left, there was 15 people waiting. There was no apology to any one. Our burgers are burnt and so dry and cold, we ordered garlic fries and there just cold regular fries. They also give you a whole dill pickle for your burger. Oh let’s not forget there is no sauce on the burger. So while waiting for our food I saw the sign that tells folks if your high risk order take out. Most of us there did order take out but wasn’t getting waited on in a timely manner. Nor did they just come out and say I’m sorry and give us an excuse any would have done. When you pay $32 for two burgers you would expect a little better service.

My husband and I fell in love over a table of sticky finger wraps and burgers in 2005. We’d eat at Wingers all the time in college… and for a good reason! The food was good, portions were huge, and it was cheap! But, like too many good things, portions shrunk, recipes changed, prices went way higher and darn it, it’s just not what it used to be! Though I don’t really love Wingers anymore, I still love my husband, so that’s a good thing.

Tess was very helpful giving us directions getting there. We walked in & sat at the bar which was very clean and sports channels on the TVs. Tess took our drink orders and gave us popcorn. I had the fish and chips and the other order was salmon which was VERY GOOD, moist and well cooked. Reasonable prices, the establishment wasn’t busy at all about 2pm on a Wednesday. Manager came out & spoke to us as well. We will definitely be coming back.

This was my 1st WINGERS experience. Was passing through Price, UT for the evening and the menu looked promising. I should of looked at reviews first. Took quite awhile for someone to get drinks going or even being acknowledged after being seated as the restaurant didn’t look more than a 1/3 full. For the “Alehouse Queso” being the star on the menu and showcased with quite a few things. It was very unseasoned and lack luster to say the least. I got the nachos, which came out 10 minutes after everyone else got their food. Topped with brown quacamole, a lot of crema and what I think was the Queso. But it was very clumpy and had like a goat cheese texture. I took a couple bites of it and asked others at the table to reassure myself it wasn’t just me that thought something was wrong with the food. There was literally no seasoning or prominent flavors. We took a shot on something new and it was a big miss. The young waitress kept apologizing for the slow service. 2 stars because some employees showed up. Luckily the closest location is 4 hours from me(didn’t even know they had over 20 locations) so I won’t need to think about visiting another wingers location. As I see from previous reviews, this location in Price is going downhill… Hopefully your restaurant can do better for the general public.
