This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We walk in and the waitress/hostess looks like she is recovering from last night’s hangover and acts like she’d rather be anywhere but there. We ordered cheese bread sticks and a chicken supreme pizza on hand tossed crust. What we got was burnt bread sticks and a regular supreme pizza on thin crust. Meanwhile, my son’s tea glass has been empty for about 20 minutes at this point and we were the only ones in there. I asked to speak to the manager and he says “I get it, you’re not impressed”. We asked for a box and he says “I’m sorry, I really am” but still charged us full price and offered nothing. As I’m paying, the same waitress says not one word to me….not thank you, not what the total was, I’m sorry for the inconveniences, kiss my butt, nothing…..just swipes my card and hands me the receipt to sign. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced….. don’t waste your time or money here!
