Here in 29 palms for work the next few weeks. Stumbled upon this place after seeing it online for restaurants nearby. So glad I stopped! Friendly staff, great quality, fair prices, and excellent service. The food was amazing. Will be back while up here for work and will come up with a reason to be in 29 palms again to have some great food. The catfish and wings were superb. Fish reminded me of my stepmothers old Oklahoma recipe for catfish she learned from her mother.

This place was AMAZING. their macncheese is super delicious and we also ordered their fish and shrimp and we’ll be back here in a matter of days. so worth it! best (and only) louisiana cooking the desert has to offer!!!

Very good food. Home style cooking. Had the 6 pieces of cat fish. Wife had the same. She also did there greens and Mac n cheese. Said was excellent. Well return and pass the word on about this restaurant.

If you’re ever in the Joshua Tree area, you need to give this place a try! We stopped by for lunch and didn’t regret it! We ordered the fish plate, chicken and waffles, Jerk wings, and mac and cheese. The fish was delicious and flaky. The wings were crispy and the mac & cheese was super creamy. We loved everything we ordered and can’t wait to come back!

I had the wings because I heard good things. Not for me. The oil was either old or mixed with fried seafood, interfered with the flavors. My boyfriend didn’t taste the odd flavors. Give them a try, maybe a one time thing.

Came in from San Diego & had to try this wings spot. As soon as we came in, we were greeted so warmly! Amazing service & even better food. We ordered 8pc wings lemon pepper & mango habanero. Collard greens & Mac were BOMB. BBQ chicken sandwich for our 6yr old & she tore it up. They even gave her a strawberry shortcake cake – we will be back!! Thank you again!!

Amazing food at a reasonable price! Staff was super friendly, food was fresh, hot, and made to order, loved the sauce I got on the wings, the habanero mango was spicy, but not off the charts. Highly recommend!
