Extremely disappointed, on top of getting our order completely wrong. (Our sauces were not honey hot) as we had asked. This is what the wings looked like, tried calling to get my order replaced but sounds like phones are disconnected. Never going back.

First time trying this place. We stopped by as we were on this side of town. Service was ok not friendly but also not rude just made no effort to greet. We had nachos were ok but too much salt on chips. Then we got our boneless wings &fries combos they were extremely crunchy. We did let the person in charge and she offered to refund combos. Hopefully this helps cooks be aware and also for staff to be more friendly.

Went in and ordered takeout. Took almost an hour for me to get my food and it was a simple 5 strips. 3 different customers came in way after I did and they had got their orders before I did. I should have treated with the same priority but these people have a horrible system working for them. Don’t go to express. My food was horrible as well, was over cooked!!

I placed an order for well done wings to go. After placing the order I went in to the restroom and came back out and saw an order on the counter. After waiting for 30 minutes one of the girl that works there approached me and said, “you’ve been waiting for a long time, let me check on your order.” Then she grabbed the bag that I saw sitting there since I came back from the restroom. She then said, “Your order has been sitting here this whole time.” I told her there is no way that order is fresh. I’ve been sitting here for over 20 minutes and I asked for my wings we’ll done. I just went to the restroom for 5 minutes after placing my order and never was told my order was done. They then said they would make me a fresh order. I then waited another 25 minutes. Right before they called my order I saw the girl grab the bag from the first order and took it to the side. Then a guy named Marcos came back with my order and said he was sorry about everything and he added some comped fresh fries to my order. I then checked the order and the food was clearly not fresh. They had given me the same order in a different bag. The girl then tried to play dumb and said out loud to the workers in the back, “Did you guys put the fresh order or the same order?” I was embarrassed about the whole ordeal so I then asked for a refund. I was visiting from out of town was told that Wing Daddy was really good but after this experience I’m questioning my return. What a shame.

From the moment I walked in the worst experience began. The girl at the front answered the phone without greeting. Which is fine if the food can make up for the service. Next, I looked for a seat and it was hard to even find a clean seat. While waiting for the food I found a dirty restroom full of overflowed trash. Soon the wings came out boneless when I ordered bone-in. I bring the wings back to the girl at the front and had to make the suggestion myself to send these back to get my correct order.

There was nothing spectacular about the service. Not having been to this location and not being extremely familiar with their menu I asked if there were any kind of lunch specials or something that she could suggest. She told me now the only thing she can tell me to look at is the combos that’s what they have all day everyday. So I opted to just buy a drink. Now A co-worker of mine ordered something called hot and honey wings I will tell you that the food was good. I think service could be so much better and I think it would significantly increases locations ability to sell. You know having been a new customer without some guidance I was kind of lost. I don’t know the environment was a little ho hum but the patio outside was very nice. I definitely would return but be ready to make a decision sense customer service tends to be a little lacking.

My original review for the past few years was 5 stars. But ever since this particular manager took over, its terrible. A month ago they gave me fríes, shrimp, and wings that had been under a lamp or refried from lunch hours or the day before. Mind you. Prices have gone up. So yesterday I ordered 20 wings with 4 ranch and the buffalo sauce on the side. It was $35….which is fine. I really wanted wing. But now they are cutting corner by adding a ton of water to the ranch. So it doesn’t even stick to the wings. The buffalo sauce was the same. Plus raising prices. Raise the price, ill pay it. But im paying for a product that is good. Also after returning the food the last time, the manager just so happened to be the cashier this time…and made sure to make things uncomfortable. Im all about supporting local as I own my own small business….but this guy is making it REALLY DIFFICULT. The photos are the first ones I got and the replacement.
