Our chicken wings are perfectly smoked, then fried and tossed in one of our signature sauces or rubs. Available in Group Packs, Combos or By the Piece, you can sink your teeth into bone-in or boneless chicken that are pit-smoked over hickory wood.

I love the Addison, TX location. Big Wings and never miss on the pit smoked flavor. We recently moved to Irving and found the nearest Wing Boss would be Bedford. This Wing Boss is the complete opposite of the one in Addison. The wings were cooked extremely hard, some almost burnt. The wings were not cooked properly and they were TINY! We normally will get no sauce/naked wings and place our own sauce on them. Our own sauce couldn’t hide the flavorless and burnt TINY wings. We may have to stick with the Addison location as this location likes to serve bottom of the barrel wings. I would rather drive out of my way to get the wings that I’m used to getting from Wing Boss instead of the Bedford location that’s closer to me.

Great food. Portions were just right and wow…wings had a mixture of flavors that were spot on! Fried/grilled/sauced went down good after softball tournament. Highly recommend

love the smoked wings!! man – i never would have really thought much about this but it really does make a difference. just adds something special to them. and if you’re looking for a recommendation on a flavor, really like the lemon pepper. i think that compliments the smokiness best

There is no Wing Boss. It’s a dang Dickey’s BBQ. I went inside and asked the man why the internet says it’s Wing Boss. He replied “yes, Wing Boss. Only online.” What??? Waste of time. Went to Papa D’s. Their Inferno wings were Awesome! Go there!!
