Our food took 57 minutes. We expected a short wait, but that’s just absurd. Our food tasted like it had been cooked when we ordered it, then reheated right before they brought it to us. Service was unfriendly as always.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. My boyfriend and I ordered the Tuesday special 2 for 1 with the fries (we even pointed at the screen) paid, and I didn’t get a receipt…. When we received our order a few minutes later we didn’t have the fries.. we mentioned that we were missing fries and the employees stated that we didn’t order it with fries. After requesting a copy of the receipt, we noticed that they left off the fries- after arguing back and forth the employee mentioned that we were charged wrong and weren’t explained that there was a special July promotion excluding the fries, even though we ordered it with the fries. They told us that in order for them to fix it- we would have repurchase fries… after we had already been explained that the price would have been the same. The “supervisor” at the time offered no solutions and simply said that if we wanted fries we need to pay for them- even though we had ordered them.

I love this wing barn, it’s the best one my parents take me too. We go twice a week sometimes 3 times lol super cool staff. Pretty sure the staff is the reason my dad always goes back.. ❤️

Messed up our order the first time, gave us regular tenders when we ordered garlic parmesan. I then called to let them know and see if we could get a replacement and were told first that the cook said that he “put it on the side” in terms of the garlic Parmesan seasoning. We did not even order the seasoning on the side so why would it be on the side in the first place and then were told that they would replace it 10 minutes later on the phone so they eventually did. When we got back to our house and opened up our to go box of our “replacement tenders” all we see is the 4 tenders with a big rock of grated Parmesan sitting on top of the tenders!!! And then hardly any of the actual tenders!! I think someone was mad !
