Excellent home cooking. Great comfort food. Prices are very reasonable, and the portions are substantial. Excellent value for the money. The restaurant is adjacent to the New River and has an excellent view of the dam at the old cotton mill. The staff was attentive and eager to please. This is definitely a must stop when in Fries – pronounced “Freeze.”

The prices were lower than most restaurants that serve similar items and the portions were good. I had to get a take home box. Service was good, friendly, and very polite. If I am in the area again, which I plan to be, I will definitely dine there again.

Only had the burgers this time but we will be back to explore the menu. Excellent b7rgers and the prices were unbelievable. Half the price of “gourmet burgers” and all the flavor. Friendly staff and a very comfortable atmosphere. We will be back…often.
