amazing ambiance but service is severely lacking. the overall impression is they’re just very short staffed- the hostesses and waiters/waitresses are very nice but nothing seemed to go right. We were seated and had to wait 20 minutes to even get greeted and place a drink order. Some of our party ordered burgers medium rare, and they came out well done (a generous way to say mostly charred). It was impossible to get someone for even one refill of water. Quite honestly- you can enjoy the ambiance for free, just sitting by the free fire pits and tables by the marina allows you to listen to the live music. Would avoid the restaurant.

My son asked his girlfriend to marry him here at the dock. About 25 of us were hiding. She said yes and we then had a fabulous dinner. I have never had such a delicious tuna steak before. Well be coming back for sure. The managers and wait staff were super professional and attentive. Usually a big group like ours is hard on the kitchen and service staff. Not at all here. Everything came out together and was perfect. All of the attendees were raving about the food and service. Thank you!

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at the Windamere this afternoon, and first of all let me say WOW! The overall atmosphere and food was great and the view was stunning, but the real star of the show was our fantastic server Trinity. She was charismatic, personable and completely wonderful. Every request we had was met quickly and efficiently AND with a stunning smile. we could not possibly have been offered better service. We look forward to dining here again and will definitely be requesting Trinity as our server!

If you are going here, do not think you’re going to get a fantastic meal. Because you just won’t not yet anyway. But I can’t say the atmosphere is fantastic. And if you are going here, ask for Sandra f. She was our server and she is fantastic. I wish I could remember the manager’s name. But he is also quite the gentleman very hard-working. And probably unappreciated from the owners. Being a chef for over 30 years. If you’re going here to eat, get something simple like a Burger or chicken Sandwich. And the live music is also fantastic, the scenery is beautiful. I will definitely be back just for the atmosphere and Cocktails That are made professionally and the service thanks again.

nothing less than 5 stars! the service was impeccable from the lovely Sandra, the food was fresh and delicious, the ambience is fun and lively along with the views. My party felt well taken care of and greatly appreciated by the whole staff. Our first time here and certainly not our last! If you make your way east for the summer this is a must stop.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We arrived and the establishment had just opened for the day. We were the first table seated in the outside area. We arrived at 11:00am and explained to our server Katrina we would like all of the food to come out at once if possible as we had an reservation at 12:00 nearby at a vineyard. She assured ua the food comes out very quickly.
