Stopped in and the young ladies were friendly. I was looked to buy only a 1/2 lb box of candy and they we’re currently out. One of the ladies offered to box up a 1/2 lb, because she was nice and provided great service I just bought a pound box instead.

Ashley needs to address the customers in line or allow others to do so. One young lady was making 2 drinks already and Ashley just kept her back towards the lobby talking and looking at the peanut butter that came in . Customers come first

I visit the location in Maineville approximately 3 times a week and buying at least 2 coffees (always the same order) each visit. Over the last 6 months I’ve noticed that the taste of the coffee is so bad that I usually have to throw it out ($10.50)! I’m sure the bad bitter almost rancid taste is due to the lack of cleaning the equipment. All of the equipment down to the grinding machines. I’m going to give them 1 more visit. Hopefully I will not have to find another favorite coffee shop.

Coffee was delicious. Easy parking. Beautiful interior with plenty of areas to sit. Customer service is spectacular and amazing (asked for water for my 2 year old and they put it in a coffee cup for her so she wouldn’t feel left out). Only recommendation is that they post prices of the chocolate for customers and post whether they sell per piece or only per pound. Will definitely return.
