The food is good, but the customer service sucks. The owner/cook does not need her kids taking care of customers. They are so rude, never smile or ask may I help you. They just look at you.

Had the combination fried rice, wasn’t satisfied, portion too small for 9$ then it had a few pieces of chicken, no beef but some chopped pieces of ham & shrimp, tasted like it was frozen & unthawed to cook. Service was nice but I don’t think I’d recommend it to anyone but everyone’s taste buds are different, it was a miss for me.

Food is great, but the register is run by two teenagers. The boy is ok but if you order on the phone, the girl is very rude.

I’m sorry, all the time that I come here they never got hot oil sauce. When you ask the cashier she always is on a bad mood. I think she is the owner. Food is good costumer service is poor.

Came to this place it’s my Frist time here and going to be my last, and everyone there was just playing on there phones not really paying attention to me they took my order and when back to what they way doing the atmosphere was pretty much dead as no one been there in ages and the lady not too sure I think she’s the owner she’s rude. And seems like she doesn’t care the whole time I was ordering my food. The cashier told me it will be 15 minutes to make my food some minutes when by longer then 15 minutes .

In the past, I have actually really enjoyed the food here. It used to be my go to for Chinese food in Lancaster, but I went last night and the food was absolutely awful. The food was dry, the beef in the beef and broccoli dish was so tough I couldn’t chew it. There was no seasoning whatsoever in any of the dishes I ordered and it tasted as if the fried rice was sitting under a hot light for some time which might have explained why there weren’t any customers in the restaurant. Lastly, customer service and being friendly has never been a strong area at this restaurant, but I’m almost willing to tolerate the attitude if the food is spectacular, but unfortunately it’s not. I need to find me another spot. The lady manager at this restaurant should do better and at a minimum read and respond to these comments in a way that shows she actually wants the business. Good day.

Dec 1st was my first time and my last time going to this place. Girl working at the front counter had a scowl, not a smile on her face. The other employee had their head down like a kindergarten taking a nap after recess.

Terrible service, terrible food. Skip this place and drive down past Jack in the box to the Wok express on the left.

I have truly had a great experience with this restaurant. Before I visited New Win, I read the reviews and saw the compliments along with the complaints. I have never had a problem with the cashier, owner, lady who answers phone ever. I wish I knew her by name. She has always been kind to me because maybe I have always been kind to her. Simple manners can go a long way in the restaurant business. The food is always fresh and good. This is our new go to restaurant. Don’t be discouraged. Go experience the great food and if you dish out positive behavior you more than likely will receive it back. I understand the “customer is always right” business…but not always. Enjoy the food and the rest of your damn day!
