Don’t go by their website menu prices, they are wrong. Their prices are actually higher than the prices listed on the website. Maybe they should update it so it’s not misleading. Jalapeno poppers were good, wings were delicious.

Went to Willys Wings at 4PM not knowing they did not open until 4:30. Sat in the parking lot until 5:15 and still closed. I am having a ga/au party tomorrow and had a big order. I just ordered from Wing Stop.

I went there this evening as I have done many times before. I have always supported this local business and have spent a lot of money there. I had incredibly poor service by a lady that I have tipped very well for years. She “accidentally” charged my cc $160 for a $40 order and then told me she couldn’t fix it. I left very upset and without my order. I will be calling my bank on Monday to take care of this. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional.

This is undoubtedly the best restaurant in Columbus. Food and service are excellent. Owner, Katrina, is kind, attentive and always has an upbeat attitude. As far as the ” service” dog, the dog was nasty, dirty and smelled horribly. The owner of the dog was NOT denied service but merely asked to sit on the deck so not to offend other customers due to the smell of the dog. The ADA clearly states that service animals have to be kept in a clean manner, which this dog clearly was not. Poor dog, not his fault but due to the owners neglect. I would recommend, and gave, this restaurant to anyone.

Wings were medocor, med sauce was sweet and not spicy. Amount of fries for the cost not at all worth it. I am assuming from past reviews the owner is who we encountered. She was very rude. Not very sociable. She was smoking outside and left the door open and had the whole restaurant smelling like smoke. And did not wash her hands. First and last time there.

Service was great tonight, but witnessed harassment by owner to the staff. Later asked my waitress if they were able to keep their tips they made and she replied with a “No, but don’t worry about it. It’s okay”, which anyone who works for their tips should receive them. Left a message on the receipt for the manager. will not be going back
