So our food was “fine” however, the service was awful. I hope a manager sees this. The people working Friday, Aug 11th @ 6:30 were some of the UN-FRIENDLIEST people I have ever met. I love Willys and will actually never come back to this one. Just terrible.

So if I wanted a bowl I would have got one the girl clearly didn’t know how to wrap a buritto i didn’t see her wrap it because I was paying. Maybe if she wasn’t focused on why the cashier gave me free queso and learn how to wrap a buritto. she could have asked the manager that was standing right beside her to help her very very disappointed and I would like someone to reach out to me. I threw half of it away! Oh and I showed the cashier my coupon for free queso as well as the manager because I was afraid my phone might die.

The manager made my meal and it was a work of art. I appreciated how everything was precisely placed and not thrown together. Very respectful gentleman with a “yes ma’am” to every item I picked. Best fast food mexican meal I’ve had in a while.

The red haired worker is absolutely rude. She charged me last week for a small drink and a large and then i realized they were out of small lids so I told her that they were out of Smallwood’s and asked for one and she said they didn’t have one so I said OK well then can I get a large and she literally charged us $.20 after we had already paid and been standing there for 20 minutes ordering. Then i come again for some reason and i am trying to fill up my drink and she steps in front of me and fills up hers before me when i thought i was the customer but i guess not. will not be coming back here. too expensive for this terrible service.
