This place is hideous, just recently they had issues with the health dept due to unsanitary conditions of the inside of the restaurant ie. water from ceiling leaking on top of the chicken, which leaves me to believe that this is the reason for the inside being closed for years now, it allows consumers to not see what’s going on in there. And to top it off don’t make a special request for your food to be fresh you definitely will be served with an attitude like you ask for something outside of their job description

This place is horrible. They asked us to wait ten minutes for our order which is fine even though we were the only costumers 10 minutes is no big deal but we ended up waiting over an hour for our food in this big heat wave and they still didn’t get our order right. I showed them my receipt and told them how long we had been waiting, while watching other come get their food who ordered after us mind you and the staff was very rude and unhelpful.

I’m new to Texas and love William’s Chicken, but at this particular location, there’s no need to NOT have the lobby open to the public. I work in the heat and decided to eat there. Little did I know, I’d have to eat outside in the heat!!! The restaurant was great, the staff were nice but there’s no reason for ANYONE to have to eat outside especially when dealing with Texas heat!!!!
