Ordered Liver and Gizzards for delivery. Didn’t get the livers and the gizzards tasted really gross. Be aware, the Uber eats menu doubles the cost of Sides when you order them. Used to be good.

The fried chicken and side dishes are better than Church’s. However, like Church’s the prices are on the high side for establishments that are predominantly drive through only (only seen one dine in). Take out boxes for large quantities orders are way to thin (especially at these prices) and quickly become soggy and useless.

We were excited to see a Williams, but this one really didn’t impress… no water and the chicken was super bland.. the lady got our order wrong, no big deal.for us, but they got a little attitude when we told them it was wrong, won’t go back

I try to give them the benefit of a doubt because I love Williams Chicken and they are further than other but OMG they are slow!! This time I waited in drive thru 5 minutes and no cars in front so I thought I will drive up to window maybe their closed, nope not closed but waited another 5 mins before she came the window and then to tell me NO CHICKEN wait 12 mins. And waiting is slays a thing here!!!!!!

I went here two days ago and the guy at the window told me we are closed and there is no more chicken at 10:50pm and you guys closed at 11. I sat right there and looked and there was chicken made. I had to beg the guy to let me buy chicken and he finally gave me a 12 piece. I will not come here again
