ate at the one on first street in Garland Tx, paid 3 dollars a piece for white meat. ordered a 12 piece white meat, ended up with 10 white meat and 2 dark meat yet still paid that premium price for white meat. Won’t be back. Tried to call, no answer.

Guess Who
Williams Chicken has declined significantly over the past year. Now I have learned to always expect average food and horrible customer service from them as part of their brand, but for the last year the quality of food they serve has really hit rock bottom. Post pandemic, nothing seems as good as it once was. They don’t fry chicken the same. Their chicken now doesn’t have much flavor. Their French fries now always seem rubbery and half cooked. The pieces are a lot smaller than they used to be, and to add insult to injury, they’ve raised the price twice over the past year. Williams used to be where you could go to get a great deal on chicken. Now, for what 2 pieces and fries cost me, I can go to KFC or Popeyes and get their signature chicken and a drink. Williams is no longer a choice for working class and poor people. Their prices went way up and their quality went way down. The only edge they still have is their late hours. You can still go to most Williams at 3:00 a.m. and get a box of flavorless, miniature chicken, but that’s their only advantage now. My last 5 visits to Williams have left me completely disappointed. I’ve really felt cheated after paying so much and still being hungry. At this point, unless I can get a pre-pandemic, 2017 batch of Williams with their original fries, I’ll be taking my business to Churches or KFC or Popeyes or even Hendersons or Harolds. After 30+ years, Williams has pretty much lost me as a frequent customer.

What a horrible location. The drive through mike doesn’t work, poorly lit area. Ordered a chicken sandwich: no pickles, no sauce, NOTHING. Served on a cheap cold bun that was falling apart.

I go to this William’s because it’s near my job when I go to break. I’ve been getting the livers quite a bit. It’s a newly acquired taste. Anywho, I get 3 livers, white gravy, a fry and drink. Sometimes it’s just the livers and gravy. Sometimes I get a box, then sometimes they bring me these freshly cooked, greasy livers in just a fry bag. Sometimes they’re not that small and won’t even fit in the bag. So now I have to sit this greasy bag in my seat just to eat. I’m surely not sitting it in my lap.Their logic tells them single livers don’t go in a box. It has to be a combo, which is six or more to get a box. Most people eat everything out of the box. If I order one chicken leg, it’ll go in a box. If I order 2,3,4,5 pieces they would all come in one box. That doesn’t make sense at all. I’d be fine if they just dumped the fries and livers in the same box, they would even have to use a fry bag at all. Ugh, they irritate me

I’m puzzled as to why on a Friday night at 9:41 pm there’s no whit meat and there isn’t going to be any cooked. ??? People we must do better as an African American Business. Very disappointed and then had to drive back around wasting gas because item had to cook and employee stated they can’t come out after hours. What if there’s 6 cars in line. As a paying customer I would not want to have to do this. People we must do better. You say we don’t support black business, yet this is what we deal with. A Friday Night? Come on.

I’ve spent more money than I care to admit with William’s Chicken. We have used them for various events, both professional and personal.
