I absolutely loved this cafe! The delicious breakfast options, including the mouthwatering avocado toast and savory mushroom toast, were a perfect start to my day. Their authentic coffee was a true gem, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The cozy environment and outdoor seating added to the charm, making it an ideal spot to relax and savor my meal. Five stars without a doubt! I’ll definitely be returning soon.

This is the more upscale side of Medusa (same owners) with barrel and oak foeder treatments in a room you can see from inside the mill building. Had a special version of their Pils and the time in wood really enhanced the beer. Really nice setup and the space itself is very modern. Food is exceptional and a welcome upscale option in Hudson. Really enjoyed this place, spent a few hours hanging out, and will be back!

Tried Wild Hare today in the Landing and was blown away! Best hot chai latte I’ve had in a long time. Not too sweet, just the right amount of spice. Breakfast sandwiches were hearty and delicious. Loved the NA mojito mint limeade too. Hand rolled crossiants and cinnamon rolls. Everything was memorable. Sarah at the front counter was a delight. Great warm, customer service that’s so hard to find. Lovely outdoor seating area with tons of space. What a gem in Hudson!! We’ll be back a ton.

A rare treat, all categories are excellent. The wife & I lucked out getting a table @ 6:30pm, Saturday. Medusa Brewing was smart in also having a restaurant with good food that paired well with their beers.

First time at Wild Hare this morn. Yummy food, super friendly staff, and fun atmosphere. Short of giving 5 stars for the acoustics. A bit hard to hear and have conversations. Add a few acoustic panels to the walls up high to help. Will definitely return.

This restaurant/breakfast spot is quite literally the shiniest gem in Hudson. We have lived here for almost three years and we had the sad misfortune of finding it in the last 6 months. Woe is the ryan who was not aware of the immaculate dining experience that is wild hare. The food? Perfect. The staff? Sweet, funny, and stylish. The ambiance? Could not be better. The music? Somehow also so smooth like a cool iced coffee on a warm summer morning. You could not ask for a more yummy and comfy place to eat at. I would give this place an over 9000/5 if I could, but alas the googles limits me to 5 stars.

Absolutely loved our breakfast and coffee at Wild Hare! My girlfriend and I ordered the signature breakfast sandwiches, coffees, and a few pastries and everything was absolutely delicious! The Japanese slow-drip iced coffee and decaf Americanos were both fantastic! The staff were all incredibly friendly, personable, and helpful which adds a lot to the experience. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and the free parking lot was easily accessible with many spaces available.

Great spot for lunch and coffee/beer. The patio is away from the street on the back side of the building and has a great view of the mill and is surprisingly quiet. Will definitely be back soon!

Seems like a decent concept but execution is a little subpar. Had dinner there the other night and the price:portion ratio is noticeably off – unless you’re into paying extra for the privilege of eating from a tapas menu, I can only recommend going here once to say that you did.
