This corner bistro is a gem. Handcrafted sandwiches and brewed coffee drinks that are worth seeking out. The atmosphere is quaint, we saw quite a bit of takeout although we ate in. The sandwich. Sandwich ingredients are fresh and served with either chips or a delightful fruit medley side. It’s worth noting that the bread felt like it came right out of the oven, warm and fresh on all of our sandwiches. We are bikers who visit annually and make sure to plan a stop at this lunch location.

Wild Hare Bistro is definitely a rabbit hole you want to go down to discover outstanding food with unique wholesome food with depth in flavor. Because the cook’s /owners have previously worked at Concordia Language Village a multicultural Camp here in Bemidji area they bring a diverse palate from around the world to this little Bistro which anchors a strong “Artsy” groove.

The Wild Hare is a nice, authentic place. The style and atmosphere seems sincere and old style, which is really unique and is not something I’ve seen a lot of. The coffee is really good, and not crazy sugary. The staff are nice and seem to be hard working, especially since it can be a busy place.

Wild Hare Bistro and Coffee is a pretty decent place, a bit on the high end as price goes, with food that’s worth what you’re paying for. Its a nice place, with a lot of good art as well, and the atmosphere is good for a quick bite and a friendly conversation. Were I vegan, I’d star this up at least one more, as their vegan offerings are great as well. As I’m more of a fast, easy, and greasy sort, its not really for me, but my wife swears by it and would easily five star it.

Amazing little cafe. Staff are super friendly and the food is AMAZING. The French toast with strawberries and cream cheese is to die for. My boyfriend had the Cuban burrito and he said that was delicious as well. Best mocha I’ve ever had. Too bad we live 7 hours away, otherwise we would be here all the time!

Absolutely loved this place ! Not only do they provide you with a fantastic latte, their food is spectacular! If you’re vegan, this is a great choice! If you’re not vegan, also a great choice! The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and took the extra steps to make sure we had a great experience. We were impressed by how they had so many vegan substitutes like earth balance and veganaise. My recommendation is the wild rice salad. We were in love with it! We will definitely be back! Thank you for making our lunch such a special experience!
